Our Green apartment is situated on the first floor of villa!
This apartment is made for comfort of our guests, it very specious and it has two large bedrooms one with double bed (160x200 cm) and another with two single beds (90x200 cm). Each bedroom has its own bathroom with bath-tub and there is possibility of adding extra beds in each bedroom. If you are traveling with baby, you have a baby cot at your disposal as well.
Living room is decorated with unique hand work Persian carpet, leather sofa, large plasma TV (45 inch) and it has large sliding glass window decorated with seasonal flowers, delivering feeling that living room is a large lodge...
Part of living room is a modern kitchen with dining table for 6 persons.
Total size of green apartment is 72 m2 and it has 4 star category. apartment is modern and decorated in style equipped with new furniture, first class orthopedic mattresses, TV, sat TV, air-conditioning.

It has a common barbecue grill and 3 shared terraces on the ground floor. A restaurant and a small bar are nearby.







Villa is only 15m from the beach, and at villa you can find terrace with a shade with summer kitchen and all our guests can use the large terrace and balcony at the first and second floor, together with the outside grill, which is a perfect place to be during the hot summer days, or to have a dinner. In the neighbourhood you can find two restaurants with Dalmatian and intercontinental food.

A unique long promenade, divides the bay into two places, Štikovica - Zaton Mali and Zaton Veliki (Small and Big Zaton). Veliki Zaton has a post office, bank, shops, bars and restaurants.
What you will not find in Zaton are large hotels and crowds, so if you are looking for a place to relax, you will certainly be delighted with Zaton.

The word "zaton" actually means a bay or a cove so it is well protected from winds coming come from the open sea. Zaton bay frames the villas of Dubrovnik aristocrats, old stone houses and embroideries for boats.

The end of path next to the sea marks the entrance to a small pine tree forest. Walking through the forest path leads to many hidden places with amazing landscape. The play of nature gets more interesting when you continue walking deeper into the forest. The sea in this area is clean as in most of Adriatic.
Here you can enjoy various activities such as walking, jogging, diving, climbing, surfing and windsurfing.
