The cute apartment from Villa Alpa is located in the Umag-Punta area which is highly sought after by tourists. The comfortable and lovingly furnished accommodation is located in a villa with 7 other apartments for rent. The area makes it unique with the variety of beaches and the coast surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation rich in plants of different species of evergreen shrubs, pines, and cypresses. The beach can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. The house is located in a quiet, sunny area, close to the beach facilities but still central. The tennis courts where the famous Umag ATP Open Croatia tennis tournament has taken place for years at 800 m.
The beach and bathing facilities just 400 meters away can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. The beaches are varied for all tastes: sandy, natural rocky, with concrete or pebble slabs, and with vegetation and trees near the coast, to shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. Just walk a few hundred meters to choose the type of beach you prefer.
The house is located on the 730 m2 plot equipped with a small garden with children's games, free private parking in front of the house, a large terrace on the roof of the house equipped with deckchairs, umbrellas, and two external hydromassage tubs each for 6 people (2x2 m), all available to guests of the house for shared and free use. For the hydromassage tubs, reservations for use are required upon arrival (use is possible twice a day for one hour per apartment). The house offers 7 apartments for rent, one for 2 people, 3 for 2+2 people, and 3 for 4+2 people. For bicycles, ask the owner for cost and availability.
The 25m2 Alpa 3 studio apartment is located on the ground floor of the villa. Furnished with care and love in a modern style to make you feel at home. It has a double bed (160x200), wardrobe, two night lamps, and bed linen is provided (changed weekly). The complete bathroom has a shower cubicle, sink with mirror and cabinet, toilet and hairdryer, and two bath towels per person are provided (changed weekly). The living area has a kitchenette equipped with microwave oven, fridge with freezer area, electric stove with 2 ceramic hobs, extractor hood, coffee machine, kettle, pots, plates and cutlery, dining table with 4 chairs, flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioner, free Wi-fi internet connection. From the living area, there is an exit to the 8m2 terrace with a garden view, furnished with a table, chairs, and sun umbrella.

For those who love the gym, outdoor gym equipment is available for free use on the seafront. The nearest beach is 400 m, the grocery store is 800 m, restaurant is 500 m, bar and newsagent is 150 m.
Just 400 m away is the tourist train station which leaves from the tourist village of Katoro and runs along the coast to Umag center and vice versa. The center of Umag can be reached on foot in 20 minutes or you can reach it by tourist train.
In the center of Umag, we recommend visiting the museum, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag "Diga", exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shopping in the shops of the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the seafront for the joy of children.
To purchase a larger quantity of food, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.
There are various leisure opportunities in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Adriatic Golf Club, equestrian centers, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where it is possible to practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children, and mini golf course in Jangalooz, night clubs, casino, possibility of various boat or coach trips.
Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and impressive marinas.
For non-beach days or evenings, we recommend taking unforgettable trips inland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan. Motovun is a typical medieval town located on a hill. Livade, the town known for its white truffle. Astronomy lovers by appointment, can visit the Višnjan Astronomical Center 30 km from Umag. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small Baredine cave 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km away.
Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni National Park which can also be visited on organized trips. Various "Fish Picnic" boat trips are organized, with fish or meat picnics during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad

- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to agree on the collection of the keys.
