You will love this beautiful, spacious family-friendly villa!

Just a 4 minute walk to El Portet's fantastic, sandy beach. This beach is perfect for all - a gentle, horseshoe shaped bay with rock pools to the side and Life Guards in high season. Three great beach bars overlooking the bay.

The private and secluded 12 x 5 metre pool is solar heated, with pool cover, with BBQ, new parasol stands, parasols, new sun loungers, outdoor shower & toilet.

The pool has wide steps to one end and is 1.4 metres deep throughout for swimming, games, etc.
Optional BABY SAFETY FENCE TO POOL: this may be rolled up, if not required. A small children's play area, together with several additional pergola areas, terraces and gardens all offer quiet, shady moments.

Sleeping 12+ guests - you can relax with 5 air conditioned bedrooms, 3 en suite bathrooms, plus a full family bathroom.

The villa has 2 huge quality master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and single day beds, leading to rooftop terrace, plus 1 double bedroom with en suite facilities and 2 twin bedded rooms.

Spacious lounge & dining area with corner leather sofas & dining table. Flat screen TV, DVD, UK and German TV channels. Cool shaded outdoor eating area leads from the kitchen.

At pool level, there is a large terrace and gardens with shaded pergolas and additional seating and tables. Also a second large lounge with big corner leather sofa, TV/DVD, pool table and small kitchen with fridge/freezer.

The pool is solar heated and, while we have achieved temperatures up to 34 degrees, this obviously depends on the amount of sunshine. As it is a very large pool, it retains a great deal of the heat well into the autumn.

Fantastic Villa - a great find!

The villa was fantastic and we had the best week. It is so well equipped and this makes a huge difference, especially as a group with small children. From the kitchen equipment to the kids items, it’s all great, Gill really has thought of it all! We really appreciated the pool fencing and stair gates for safety, this made it far more relaxing. The villa is spacious and works well for mixed groups. There were great seating areas in different locations and the gas BBQ is a real bonus. Gill went out of her way to provide us with information about the area which was all very helpful and very much appreciated. Susie was also amazing and very helpful at the end of the week. We really hope to stay again in the future!

Amazing villa

Just returned from an amazing week in Casa Ameilia. The villa is well equipped with everything you need and more. The additional fridge in the lower games room was great for bulk shopping. Beach towels provided and beach mats, chairs etc. Floats for the pool. Even a selection of sunhats! We were 3 families sharing the villa and we had plenty of space. The Naya outside of the kitchen was the best for coming togegher for meals and now I want one at home 😄 Literally 5mins walk away is the beautiful beach, a small shop and a few restaurants. Then 20mins walk is the lovely Moraira with more shops, restaurants and a lovely harbour. Theres also a land train that runs there every hour €8 for adults €7 for kids or Taxi is approx €10 Gill the owner provided lots of great info and was on hand via messages if required. Also her cleaner gave us great recommendations for restaurants and how to get around. For big food shops theres an app called Mercadona and they deliver or theres Aldi and Lidl in Moraira. Definitely will return 😍

Great location, some areas of the property were a bit dated, unfortunately there were issues with the pool which was useable but not clear. We had an issue with the parasols which we had to wedge ourselves. The layout was great for multiple families. Unfortunately the building work next door impacted on our mornings.

Fantastic family holiday

We had a fabulous 2 week family holiday at this lovely villa. There were 10 of us spanning 3 generations and there was lots of space for all of us. The villa was very clean on arrival, and was extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need, with a large selection of kitchen utensils and crockery, lots of pool toys, baby equipment and even parasols and mats for the beach which was only a short walk away. The outside area was very spacious with lots of places to sunbathe or sit in the shade, with different places to eat elfresco. The swimming pool was brilliant, really large and was enjoyed by all of us. The villa is in a lovely peaceful location in El Portet, which had a few restaurants, a bakery and shop. A 20 minute walk away was Moraira with lots of restaurants and shops and a small funfair for the little ones. Moraira had a lovely atmosphere, great for families, and we loved going there in the evenings. Gillian the owner of the villa was very helpful and gave us lots of information prior to our arrival. All in all a fantastic villa in a lovely location, and we would love to return someday. Gina Butler and family

Lovely stay in El Portet

Spacious and comfortable villa, particularly well equipped. Excellent location. It was very peaceful yet only 5 minutes away from the beach and local restaurants.
