TOP NOTCH COMPLEX IN COSTA ADEJE !!!

Close to everything, yet quiet and serene.

We enjoyed our JUNE, 2016 stay in this clean rental.

The pool was lovely and the apt. Fridge and coffee maker were convenient.

The hosts have assembled good information on where to find why you need in the area.

My husband loved the bed---judging it the best mattress he has slept on ( he is a frequent world traveler) "on the road".

We will book again when visiting the area--enjoyed it so much more than the various hotels we have stayed in before . We were visiting nearby relatives, so for us the location was perfect.

If night life is what you are looking for, you will have to drive just 3 km, as this is a quiet residential area---perfect for those looking for some peace and serenity in Tenerife South.

SIMPLY AMAZING !!!

Our family spend a few days at this house. The property had everything I wanted plus a nice, luxurious feel to it:

Major highlight was the Pool. It feels like an olympic sized pool and was completely spotless. Very refreshing for the time of year

Great location. Very close to the beach and a wonderful community.

It was a great experience and the owner was very accommodating. Will definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Easy place to stay and relax

A well managed let that has pretty much everything you could ever need on a short or longer break.

It is a little bit away from the mainstream activities and restaurants etc., so the use of the included (yes Included) hire car is pretty much essential when going out for anything.

Very peaceful, tranquil and quiet, you are not disturbed by rowdy groups or screaming children on this small development.

Lala is at the end of a phone if you need anything, so you don't have to worry if the TV stops working or the door won't lock.

The only tiny complaint would be that the chairs in the rear patio are really uncomfortable. Change those, and you would have perfection.

5 START APARTMENT !!!

This is our 3rd trip to Costa Adeje and we too wish we found this the 1st time around! The whole experience from booking to arrival was flawless. As mentioned in the other reviews, the place was very clean and quiet, it was difficult to see somebody around!!! Walking distance to the beach (8 minutes or so) and right around the corner from Centro Comercial EL DUQUE. The property was gated with key access and very safe. We stayed for 7 days and there were plenty of extra linens and towels. The kitchen is stocked with any and all appliances you might need during the stay.

They also have 2 sunbeds and one barbecue at the patio, we stayed long time reading books and eating. The king sized bed was so comfortable as were the pillows. Having neck and back issues that was a pleasant surprise!

Larraitz was very nice!!. She picked us up at the airport and we follow her to the house. She was a love!! She never once made us feel like we were bothering her.

It's clear that the owner not only takes pride in the property but also has top notch people working for him. My husband and I have worked in the hospitality industry for many years and recognize good customer service when we see it. We look forward to coming back to Costa Adeje and will be renting from them again.

pleasant apartment

A pleasant apartment but left feeling a little disappointed. The bathroom is looking quite dated. Patio area has no privacy from next apartment. There are no comfortable chairs to use outside. The fold up wooden external chairs are very basic. We had to carry the beds through the apartment to use the morning patio area. Kitchen basically equipped ( e.g. no mixing bowls ). Dishwasher not needed as insufficient items to put in ! No English TV except for Sky News. Unfortunately whilst we were there residents upstairs were very noisy early morning (preparing for work) and again late evening. The apartment itself was clean and tidy and we were met and greeted without any problem. It is a very pleasant development. Things went smoothly, although we had to request clean bedding after 8 days. The clean bedding was brought but the dirty linen was not picked up and was left on bedroom floor for a week! Having rented in this particular area for 7 years would we go back to this apartment and development.................Sorry, regretfully not.
