In addition to dishes, utensils, and cookware, you’ll find the necessary large appliances, coffee maker, crock pot and blender. A washer and dryer are adjacent to the kitchen for convenient laundry access. The rustic dining room table will seat eight comfortably with a spectacular view and there is ample outdoor seating as well. The gas barbecue grill is located in the secluded back yard for outdoor cooking.

Living: The home has two separate leisure spaces including a cozy sitting area by the natural gas fireplace and a lower living/entertainment room with huge picture windows and glass doors looking out to the yard and mountains.

Entertainment: The home has five smart TV's, enabling guests to watch the provided Sling programming or access personal subscription sources. There is an extensive DVD library along with games and books in the main living area.

There is an optional 5th bedroom, accessible from the dining room, which features a gas fireplace, stellar view, queen bed, twin bed, smart TV and poker/bumper pool table available for an additional fee only to those renting the main guest house. Please contact owner for more information.

Gorgeous views!
We had a fantastic time in Bozeman! The house was beautiful and very comfortable for us and 3 adult kids (17, 19, 19). You do have to drive to get where you want to go, but nothing is very far. We had an easy time getting around and loved the location. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful hospitality
This beautiful home was perfect for our family to relax in after a week exploring the national parks! It was perfectly set up for our family. We especially enjoyed the view from the tub in the master suite, the game table for Yellowstone Monopoly and the extensive selection of DVDs which were catalogued alphabetically. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the home. It was apparent that the owners take great care in providing the best possible experience for their guests. This was one of the best vacation homes that we have rented. Highly recommend!

Why they chose this property

A little piece of history
– in 1806, William Clark and Sacajawea passed by this property via the East Gallatin River when returning to St. Louis after their journey through the rugged west. They rejoined Meriwether Lewis at the confluence of the Missouri and Yellowstone Rivers.

What makes this property unique

This is a truly luxurious, rustic home that offers amenities and features designed to make guests feel comfortable. The views out the back are unparalleled with wildlife visits being a regular occurence. The natural habitat of the river is home to a variety of birds including bald eagles, red tailed hawks, owls, pheasant, robins and dozens of others. Guests are consistently amazed that they are able to enjoy staying in the "country" while being minutes away from exceptional dining, entertainment, and recreation.

Many of our guests enjoy this property as a place to work while enjoying the abundance and lifestyle offered by the Gallatin Valley. A workstation with monitor, keyboard, mouse and printer are provided.
