Fully furnished two bedroom apartment

Situated at the front of the new Bella Vista complex this fully air conditioned apartment has been furnished in classic Moroccan style. With superb views over the bay of Cabo Negro towards the Rif Mountains, this first floor apartment can accommodate up to six people comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer and washing machine. The bathroom has a full size bath with shower attachment and luxury towels are provided. There is a table and four chairs on the balcony - the night time views are gorgeous, especially in the early evening as the fishing boats leave nearby M'diq. This gated complex has 24 hour security as well as it's own restaurant and shop. There are twelve swimming pools within Bella Vista, two of which are located in front of the apartment. This beautiful apartment, in this stunning location, will enable you to have the holiday of your choice.....doing as little or as much as you want.

Wi-Fi available in nearby Internet cafe, further down the road directly opposite to the entrance of Bella Vista Complex.

Marjane, a large European style supermarket (with several smaller shops, bank and ATM) is about ten/fifteen minute drive on main road towards Tetouan.

Also, there is a superb area by the side of the main road near 'La Meridiana' restaurant where you can buy pottery - traditional lampshades and mirrors are also sold here - well worth a browse!

A beach festival is held in Martil from the beginning of July until mid-August.

Morocco is on the migratory route for birds travelling to/from Northern Europe, and there are several nature reserves in the area.

A children's play area is situated a short walk from the apartment. A games room with pool tables, table tennis and table football is also available for use. Children's entertainment is provided by the large swimming pool in front of apartment during high season.

The apartment block has an underground car park, which has elevators to upper floors. So it is suitable for people with limited mobility. The air conditioning unit can also provide heating in colder months if required. No smoking in apartment, please - only on balcony, thanks. We really enjoyed our stay, everything we needed was provided. The apartment is air-conditioned and maintained at a high level. The views from the balcony are fantastic. I was really impressed with the 24 hour security. The swimming pools are clean and The beach is within a walking distance. Martil is very close and convenient. Perfect.

Wonderful stax

the recidence is very well maintained and so is the appartement. It is fully equipped: cattle, hair dryer, iron (if you really need: its holidays!) washing machine, plenty of towles. We indeed enjoyed staying there a lot. The view was stunning and the area is beautiful. If you are there do not miss chefchauen and ras el mar.

A genuine beautifull view over the see

the apartment is really lovely, well equipped and clean with a beautiful view on Cabo Negro.

The contact with the agency is easy.

The apartment is ideal for a couple with two children. The gardens and pool are well maintained. The complex is well secured.

A quiet perfect sea side place !

Hi I'm abdel fron Canada. Just to let you know that We really enjoyed our stay July 7-14 in this apartment. It was so lovely & very comfortable with a wonderful sea view. I really appreciate taking my breakfasts on the balcony face to the gorgeous sun rise and its reflection on the blue Mediterranean Sea!

The complex in which the apartment is situated was safe and secure as security agents were watching the area night and day. Just beneath the apartment, the two pools were perfect for us to relax and soak up the sun. We do not have to bother going to the beach. My family and I‘s goal were to enjoy sunshine and relaxation. We got more. Everything was near: Other area Beaches and shopping. Mdiq village was great for fresh food and fish restaurants. Make sure to be by 2 pm for lunch as most restaurants start welcoming people around this time. One last thing, the whole complex is equipped with elevators (lifts) to the underground parking lot. I appreciated it very much as my mum has knee-joint problems and found it very convenient to get down and up.

I highly recommend this place for a family as well as a couple. And we will definitly be returning.

bonne location

Très chouette appartement dans la résidence BELLA VISTA super bien située par rapport à la mer et la montagne et trop belle. Nous étions super bien sur ce site et la région est magnifique aussi. L 'appartement est correctement équipé même si certaines choses doivent être réparées. Par contre ce que nous n'avons pas apprécié c'est la propreté de l'appartement, plein de poussière même sur les quelques meubles!! On a vite remarqué que le ménage s'est limité aux sanitaires, au changement des draps(encore heureux) et un coup de balai rapide aux endroits visibles).J'ai signalé ce manquement rapidement au proprio qui n'a pas donné de nouvelles. C'était embêtant d'autant plus que mon mari est allergique à la poussière. J'espère que cette remarque servira aux suivants.

Situated at Cabo Negro, ten minutes walk from the golden beach of Cabo Negro Bay which includes Martil and its promenade. M'diq, originally a small fishing port, now a lively town with lots of fantastic restaurants, coffee/tea shops is ten minutes drive. You can also buy freshly caught fish and local produce. There is a brand new promenade which comes alive in the evenings. A little further along is Marina Smir, one of the most fashionable places in Morocco, with upmarket hotels, restaurants and boutiques. Also here you can visit Smir Park, a large water park with swimming pools, water slides, go-kart and a funfair.

Tetuoan is the regional centre, surrounded by orchards of orange, and almond trees. Here you will find a wide variety of shops, museums as well as the famous labyrinth medina with Souks, bazaars and street traders.

Chefchoan, in the Rif Mountains is a world famous tourist spot and of course there is always Tangier, with all it offers including the Caves of Hercules.

Other Activities: Use of facilities at nearby Club Med resort upon purchase of day or evening pass

Golf: Nearest golf course is at the Cabo Negro Royal Golf Club (few minutes drive from apartment) 18 holes, par 72 and has a spectacular backdrop of the Rif Mountains as well as views of the Mediterranean. The King of Morocco uses this course when on his summer vacation nearby. There is also the Tangier Royal Golf Club about an hours drive away.
