amazing

My friend and I decided to get away for some quiet time and had the best time :) The view from the balcony was stellar and punta del hidalgo is nice and quiet with good swimming opportunities. we had a rental car and found parking no bother and the supermarket wasn't too far away either. We'd love to return some time!

Ein wirklich geeignetes Apartment zur Langzeitmiete an einer der schönsten Stellen von Teneriffa

Die Vermieterin bietet ein wirklich vollständig ausgestattetes Apartment in absolut bester Lage. Das Apartment ist durchweg in brauchbarem Zustand, aber schon länger nicht mehr renoviert worden. Allerdings ist die Verglasung des Balkons recht neu und in bestem Schuss. Sie lässt sich vollständig öffnen und der Balkon hat davor eine Markise. Die Vermieterin hat das Apartment sehr gut gereinigt und mit Wäsche und gemachten Betten vorbereitet. Darüber standen Mineralwasser, sehr guter Rotwein und Käse als Willkommensgruß beim Bezug zur Verfügung. Kleinigkeiten wurden sofort erledigt. Die Küche ist mit sämtlichen denkbaren Geräten ausgestattet. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin per SMS. Eine Miete ist jederzeit empfehlenswert, sofern sich die Ansprüche des Gastes im Rahmen halten. Der Zugang zum großzügigen Poolbereich ist inkludiert. Zu bemängeln ist die schlechte Wifi-Versorgung im Haus. Empfangsmöglichkeit ist nur im Eingangsbereich des Erdgeschosses vor der Verwaltung gegeben.

Nice and clean apartment

We had a good stay at Emma's apartment. Everything was easy and there was a bottle of wine and some canarian cheese waiting for us when we arrived. Thank you very much!
