About the property

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located off Portobello Road and Notting Hill.

Our spacious new fourth floor flat (accessed by lift) is light and bright and is the ideal base to explore nearby Notting Hill, Portobello Road and Golborne Road. Our newly refurbished flat has two double bedrooms plus another double bedroom with single bed. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is also a stunning family bathroom and wrap around roof terrace.

We offer a secure, underground paring space too, so you can come and explore London and its surrounding areas without having to worry about your car!

Our flat is perfect for travellers and guests of all age groups. We are lucky to have a lift that takes you up to our flat so perfect for those that struggle with stairs. We are also very child friendly providing a baby high chair, anti slip bath mat, Baby Dan travel cot and can even provide organic baby food and formula milk upon our arrival.

Our beautiful flat is unique in that within 500 metres there are numerous cafes, shops, delis and fashion brands as well as lots of vintage and antique shops.

Indulge in a two star Michelin meal around the corner at The Ledbury or why not enjoy a strong cup of coffee from Lisboa on Golborne Road. There really is something to suit every taste, occasion and pocket.

Portobello Road is iconic and a mecca for shopping and visitors come from far and wide to sample the best that it has to offer. For the weekly shop the Sainsbury's superstore is nearby Ladbroke Grove and plenty of local grocery stores for everyday essentials.

Our flat is just perfect for exploring nearby Notting Hill and all the other gateways West London has to offer.

Why not spend a morning walking down Portobello Road, browsing the fantastic market stalls and taking in all the wonderful smells. Why not stop for a drink, maybe something to delicious to eat too from one of the many coffee shops. Be sure to enjoy this area as much as you can.

Lovely appartment

Lovely new flat near Portobello Rd (but not so near as to be bothered by the market!)

Very comfortable well appointed large appartement. Perfect for a family visiting London, the washer/drier was a godsend. Close to the tube and multiple bus routes make it perfect for sightseeing.

The only downside was the bedding in the master bedroom (not super comfortable) but the owners have said they plan to replace it which will make the appartement truly 5 Star.

Wonderful stay - don't hesitate to choose this flat

We were in London for a few days and decided to rent this flat from David. Marleen greeted us when we arrived (we called, and she came down right away to let us in)

The unit is very well appointed and beautifully decorated. It made us feel like a home away from home and had all the luxuries of a top rated hotel. The building is secure, and requires a special key fob to enter, so the building is very safe. There is an elevator to the fourth floor, and the apartment is isolated on the building corner.

Our luggage were "misplaced" by the airline company for 48 hours, but the comfort of the aparment made this a little easier since everything we needed were there or a short hop away.

For access to center London, just take the bus 52 or 452 to the tube only three stops away (or walk for about 3/4 mile). Just use your oyster card for transit. Just walk down the street and the stop is right around the corner with buses every 6 minutes or so.

The apartment is new, and the bathroom and kitchen are top line. The place is very clean (as in doctor office "clean"), and as long as future guests make an effort to keep the flat as beautiful as when they first entered it, this will remain to be a JEM for any stay in London.

To future renters, the password to the internet is on the back of the wi-fi box next to the TV, or on the laminated "info" sheet on the dining table.

One suggestion to David - a Nespresso coffeemaker would have made this stay perfect. But this had no impact on our stay.

Don't hesitate to rent from David. He is very flexible with his guests, and arrangements and communication are top notch!

Great location for us, family of 6. Lots of space for everyone

Nicely furnished, bright and airy and good location for us, even able to walk into Kensington gardens from there with no major fuss. Another few seats required in living room so that we could sit as a family to watch things but otherwise brilliant, would use again and recommend to friends.

Great apartment in North Kensington

We had a great stay in this apartment. My family and I stayed here for a weekend (6 people).

The pictures of the apartment is accurat and the apartment looks great and there is a lot of space. There were floor heating in all of the apartment and the bathrooms were great and with high quality showers. Clean towles were also included.

The kitchen was geat with loots of workspace, a dishwasher and even a steam oven.

The area was quiet and calm. The apartment was nicely insulated, so we couldent hear anything from the neighbours or outside.

David was a geat host. The apartment was easy to find and check in went smooth as we met the cleaner and she told us everything we needed to know.

Not far from subway. Only about 10-20 min by uber to the city.

Only negative thing to say was that there were not seating by the dinner table for six people, only four.

Top ausgestattete Neubauwohnung im 4. Stock mit Fahrstuhl aus der Tiefgarage.

Die Lage war zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Zur Tube sind es zu Fuß 7 Minuten. Zum Porabelleo Road Market 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich ausgestattet.
