This house stands on the side of a mountain overlooking the town of Fondi. It is an old house, recently updated to make it accessible for wheelchair users so it has an accessible toilet/shower room, an internal lift and ramps up to and around the house. The house is about 13 km from the sea and stands in a large orange grove, although there are numerous other plants and trees (pears, walnut, hazelnut, persimmon and medlar).

This property looks over the town with views of the mountains that change every day. It is secluded from the noise of traffic but only a few minutes from the town centre. The house is now fully accessible for wheelchair users.
