About this property

Bright apartment (renovated in April 2015) located in the center of Viareggio, 100 meters from the sea and the famous Promenade, from the Pineta di Ponente and from the pedestrian area of the central market, which offers infinite possibilities for entertainment and shopping. The apartment is also located in a strategic position to reach the numerous services that the town offers, even on foot, and is also easily accessible by train.
The apartment, of about 100 square meters, is spread over two levels: on the ground floor there is the living area, consisting of a lounge (with sofa bed), a new fully equipped kitchen ,, a dining room (with air conditioning) , a service bathroom and an internal courtyard; on the second floor there is the sleeping area, with two spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, one double (with access to a small balcony), one with two single beds and a full bathroom with shower.
The apartment is equipped with all comforts and gates on the stairs for the safety of children.
Services on request included in the price: high chair, safety barriers for the bed and baby bed (upon reservation, subject to availability check).

Lovely Holiday Home in Great Location

We stayed here with our children (2 and 4) for a week's holiday. The house has everything that you would want; has all childproofing you'd need; is lovely and clean: and, is over the road from a great pizzarea plus a five minute walk from the beach, a great park and supermarket. The host, Daniel, was very helpful and answered our questions instantly on WhatsApp. We'd wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

2 bedroom accommodation in Viareggio

The property is lovely and situated in a lovely area. We are a family of 4 adults wanting to explore Tuscany but also have access to a beach for a bit of relaxation. The location of this property was ideal for this with a 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to the railway station. The property is clean and has a very spacious feel to it. Air conditioning is available in each room- which was a necessity when we stayed there, Wi fi ( which is an essential in our family!) was great. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped, excluding a kettle, which seems to be typical for most European properties? The bathroom was clean and spacious with lots of hot water when you needed it. The manager, Daniel, lives above the property and is really friendly, helpful and close to hand incase you any need assistance. The only inconvenience for us was having to find cash to pay for the cleaning, local taxes and utilities considering todays cashless society. We had a really successful holiday staying in this property and would definitely recommend to others.

AMAZING property great location, very close to the beach and beach clubs, very helpful owner.

Firstly the photos don't do this property justice as it much much bigger than it looks on the site. Danni, the owner lives very very close and is there on hand to help if you need anything at all. He even got us into a popular Beach Club very close by, which you have to visit. Both bedrooms are very big with a large family size bathroom, great living space, nice kitchen equipped with everything you need and even dining room to relax in. The air-con is great and very welcome in this area. All in all, if you are thinking about booking this apartment, don't hesitate book it now, I know we will not look anywhere else from now on and may even be back for the Carnival.

Gute Lage in der Nähe des Strandes

Die Wohnung ist für 6 geeignet, jedoch davon zwei auf einem Schlafsofa, das im Zimmer auf der Straßenseite steht. Dadurch ist es dort nachts etwas unruhig. Strand sehr gut zu erreichen, Bahnhof und kleine Supermärkte auch. Eine praktische Unterkunft für die Familie. Sehr netter Kontakt.
