In the heart of the cliffs of Presles, the chalet is the starting point of beautiful hikes and a famous climbing site. Recently built and functional, it offers large bright volumes. Kitchen open to living room, large living room, and terrace. Master bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor, large mezzanine and three bedroom upstairs. The chalet opens onto a large south facing terrace and an enclosed garden of 1000 m2.

20 minutes from the family resorts of Villard de Lans and Corençon, by the magnificent gorges of Bournes. Skiing or cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, toboggan runs in winter, hiking and mountain biking in summer, on the Hautes Plateaux du Vercors. Numerous other activities in the neighborhood.

De déconvenues en déconvenues

Quelle déception ! Nous avons loué ce chalet aux prestations annoncées haut de gamme en février et avons été très déçus. La hotte dans la cuisine ne fonctionnait pas, les éclairages défectueux dans plusieurs pièces : on s'est douché dans la pénombre ! Le décodeur de la TV disfonctionnait; l'écran virait au fluo toutes les 10 minutes. Le débit internet était tellement lent qu'il était impossible de télétravailler ou simplement de surfet sur internet. Le chalet est enclavé entre deux routes dont une très passante. Attention, si vous avez de jeunes enfants, il n'y a pas de portail pour sécuriser l'accès à la route. Le propriétaire, qui connaissant le problème avec son décodeur, nous a proposé sympathiquement de nous indemniser et a réitéré sa proposition à notre retour. Cela fait plus d'un mois et nous attendons toujours !... Ce n'est malheureusement pas une personne de parole. En conclusion : La location c'est un métier !

Un peu de dépaysement dans le Vercors

Excellent séjour court mais sympathique !!! Cadre magique au milieu de ces gros rochers et cours d'eau. Très agréable chalet pour séjour en famille près d'un bon feu de bois. Il ne faut pas manquer la grotte de Choranche ! Un petit bonheur en plus pour nous de nous retrouver tous ensemble ❤

Location conforme à l'annonce.Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille, le chalet est bien équipé, il ne manquait rien.Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Je conseillerai cette Location sans hésiter. Si l'occasion se présente à nouveau, nous y retournerons les yeux fermés .
