As standard the minimum required stay is 5 nights, depending on period, this can change.
If your dates are less than 5 nights, please submit your request and it may be possible to accommodate you.
Check-in is after 3pm. Apartments and Key(s) are not available before this time.
Credit card details are required as a security deposit. You are liable to the owner for any damage caused in the accommodation during the period of your stay. The property is checked after you leave and we do request that guests are honest about any breakage they may have caused.
£50 will be deducted from the damage deposit for loss of any key.
ALL FLATS ARE NON SMOKING.
If the flat has a balcony you may smoke on it. If not you are required to smoke outside the building. You will be charged £100 for smoking in the flat.
LINEN AND TOWELS
Except for cots, bed linen is provided. Please take your own bed linen for cots.
One towel per person is provided.
Fresh towels and Linen are provided once a week for bookings exceeding 7 nights.
Some of the accommodation is unsuitable for guests with mobility difficulties. To ensure the accommodation booked is suitable for you, it is essential that you check the floor plan of the property.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
You will be refunded 50% of the cost of your booking for a cancellation made 31 days prior to your arrival date.
London GetAway Apartment keeps 100% of payment for cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival date.
We do advise, therefore, that you take travel insurance to cover this eventuality.
