Villa full of character, located in a privileged area with an excellent sea view. It has 3 bedrooms, but accommodates 7 people. It is 5 minutes drive from the beach and 15m walk from Praia da Luz. Located in a quiet area is the ideal spot for those who want to enjoy a quiet holiday with splendid days in the sun with sea views. Balconies spacious enough to enjoy a dinner at sunset. The pool area is spacious and overlooks the sea, offers a safe area for children featuring a reserved area in the pool. The main entrance gives access to the living / dining room with fireplace, here you will also find the fully equipped kitchen. On the lower floor we have 3 bedrooms with single beds, and the master bedroom there is an extra bed, ideal for couples with smaller children. It has 2 bathrooms, one of which is private. It has parking space in front of the house. The pool is not heated. It has air conditioning. Minimum stay of 5 nights.

Outstanding view

I really enjoyed my stay at this amazing villa. The house has all that a family needs to enjoy a proper family holidays. All rooms are very comfortable, clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms are very tidy and well kept. The area is very quiet and private and the view is absolutely outstanding. The outdoor areas are very pleasant but could use a little update and maintenance. Overall i highly recommend it.

Fantastic villa

Fantastic villa plenty of room for 7 adults. The view from the terrace is amazing day & night, we will be booking again for next year. Suggest replacing white plastic sun beds

Amazing view

Wonderful 2 weeks spent at the villa. The view is stunning and a very quiet location. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Had a fabulous holiday.

5-star plus

We got a good vibe as soon as we arrived and parked at the villa BelaVista - and it got a lot better as we were shown around. Set in a spacious calm neighbourhood the house is stylish and practical, the pool is wonderful, and the citrus grove is a nice bonus (there were still lemons and oranges for picking). And the view is stunning - better than photos can capture. All in all it far exceeded our expectations. So, what did we like? a) Amazing views and sense of space, b) excellent management by Rita and Diana - efficient, friendly and professional, c) perfect maintenance inside and out (including a mid-stay clean and linen change) and d) a high quality interior. We were also grateful for an early check-in around mid-day and the nice welcome bowl with delicious produce. Full marks from us - would award more than 5 stars if we could!
