About this property

The holiday bungalow is located on the small-scale and wooded recreation park "De Posthoeve" south of the pleasant village "Den Ham".

The modern bungalow stands on a plot of no less than 650 m2 and offers an enormous amount of space, privacy and comfort. The bungalow, which was fully completed in 2017, is fully equipped and has a very high insulation value. This makes it nice and cool in the summer and pleasantly warm in the winter. For extra comfort the bungalow is also equipped with air conditioning and an attractive gas fireplace.

Enjoyment is central during your stay in this holiday bungalow. The living room is equipped with a comfortable and cozy seating area. A cozy "relax / sleep corner" has been created where you can snuggle away with a good book or exciting TV series. The center of the bungalow is the modern and luxurious kitchen. Equipped with dishwasher, 5 burner gas stove, kettle, combi microwave and extensive kitchenware. Take a seat at the pleasant round dining table and enjoy the beautiful rural view and a good glass of wine.

The bungalow has four fully equipped, spacious bedrooms (15 m2). All four bedrooms are equipped with two separate single box-spring beds, SMART TV and ample storage options. There is bedding (duvet, pillow and molton) available. If desired, bed linen can be rented.

Opposite the bedrooms are two luxury bathrooms with a hanging toilet, luxury sink, design radiator and spacious shower. If you want to move into this bungalow with more than eight people, this is no problem. The "relax / sleeping corner" in the living room can also be used as a sleeping room (size 1.20 x 1.90 cm) for two children or one adult.

- We would like to point out that the management of the Recreation Park does not agree with renting to groups of young people without supervision. Furthermore, we are not allowed to rent to labor migrants.

Kleine Reisegruppe

Wir waren mit insgesamt 7 Personen (2Paare und ein Paar mit Baby) im Haus. Der Wohn-/Essbereich war für uns alle groß genug. Besonders schön war die kleine erhöhte Liegeebene; hier konnte dss Baby liegen und spielen. In der Küche haben wir etwas mehr Besteck und Geschirr vermisst. Mit 10 Personen wäre es sicherlich zu wenig gewesen. Die Schlafzimmer waren ausreichend groß für 2 Personen. Sogar ein Kinderbett hat rein gepasst. Die Einzelbetten waren sehr schmal (ca.70 cm) und auch ziemlich weich. Den Fernsehr haben wir nicht genutzt. Dieser hing als einzige "Deko" an der Wand. Die übrige Technik dazu hing ziemlich lieblos von der Wand. Gerne hätten wir etwas mehr Stauraum und Ablageflächen im Zimmer gehabt. In den beiden Badezimmern fehlten uns Haken um die Handtücher aufzuhängen. Der Außenbereich war gepflegt und mehr als ausreichend groß. Es gab vor dem Haus zwei Bänke und einem Tisch. Im hinteren Bereich gab es noch eine Bank-Tisch-Kombination. Hinter dem Haus führt die große Zugangsstraße lang. Vor allem die Motorräder waren zu hören. Insgesamt haben wir das Haus als hellhörig empfunden. Besonders das Zimmer neben dem die Wasseraufbereitung hängt, hat alle Duschvorgänge etc. mitbekommen.
