About this property

Beautiful chalet set in the heart of East Lothian's countryside.

The Chalet, Holidays for All is a luxury three bedroom chalet for up to 6 guests. The Chalet is accessible for everyone to enjoy. We have recently been awarded an AA Gold 4 Star rating and a Visit Scotland 4 Star rating for self catering holidays.

The master bedroom contains two electric lifting beds, available as a twin or double room. This room features a ceiling track hoist (guests must bring their own sling) . The ensuite wet room has a shower, sink and Clos-o-mat toilet. The hoist will carry guests to the toilet or the shower where they can sit in a chair whilst showering. This room has a flat screen TV and a wardrobe for storage. If you wish to use the hoist or the shower chair please advise when booking.
Two other bedrooms have the option of being a double or twin room. Both rooms have built in storage.
The bathroom is equipped with shower above the bath, sink and toilet.
The kitchen/living room is a large area which is perfect for spending quality time together. Large windows and doors have magnificent views over the Firth of Forth, May Island, Bass Rock and the town of Dunbar. The kitchen is fully accessible. The living space has seating for 6, flat screen TV and DVD player. Access to a large decking area is from this room. Enjoy stunning sunsets from either the decking or the living area. We now have free wifi for our guests with our high speed satellite broadband!

The local town of Dunbar has many activities to suit everyone. You may wish to enjoy a walk around the harbour, go Wakeboarding at Foxlake or visit Belhaven Brewery. For younger family members East Links Country Park is great fun. Edinburgh is a short trip on the train and there is always lots to see and do in Scotland's capital.

Fantastic Holiday

We had a great week here myself and my brother brought our other brother who is disabled and a wheelchair user we had all the space and equipment that was needed for him to enjoy his holiday, hosts were fantastic and very helpful good communication Plenty to do in the area and not far to travel to other areas was so good we have booked already for next year. .

Wonderful warm welcome in amazing accessible chalet.

We had a wonderful family holiday in this beautiful chalet. The attention to detail in the facilities was exceptional. This is undoubtably the best accessible chalet we have been in. The location was lovely with the most amazing views over the town of Dunbar and beyond to Fife. Our hosts were very welcoming and could not do enough for us. Would totally recommend

A lovely, warm, comfortable, spacious chalet with wonderful views

We had a great stay five day here in October. The owners kept us well informed on everything. The chalet is of an excellent standard and is well maintained. There’s a lot to do in the area and Edinburgh is within easy reach. We would thoroughly recommend this chalet to family and friends.
