House on two levels 5 beds private garden just a few miles from Zafferana Etnea and 10 km from the southern Ethnographic resorts Nicolosi and Etna Nord Provenzana. 20 km from the sea and the city of Catania.
The house is easily accessible from the motorway A18 exit Acireale towards Santa Venerina Etna or from the Catania ring road to Etnei Viagrande Zafferana.
The house has a living room with double sofa bed and kitchen. Upstairs there are two one bedrooms with one single L bed with double bed plus one bath. Large usable garden.
