Newly renovated compact apartment in very rundown looking building.

The apartment was not the one we booked. We had to change the week before we were to arrive, as we had allready started our holiday it was too late to start looking at other apartments. The apartment we got was newly renovated in a very run down looking building . The bedroom and bathroom are very compact , living area large enough. Apartment had sea view from balcony in the distance if you overlook shabby run down surrounding apartments and dirty empty disused swimming pool just below . Would not have booked this apartment if pictures were accurate . We were supplied with two bath towels and one hand towel for our six day stay , thankfully I had packed some extra .

The apartment was delightful and offered every comfort with many lextras to make our stay special.

The apartment was new and spotless. Every facility provided! Comfortable bed! Bus station close also supermarket. The owner Fab was always most friendly and helpful. As an elderly couple we did find the walk downhill to the sea took us about 25 minutes but buses were available outside the property. We stayed in February and the visit was great with superb weather.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage. Der Besitzer ist supernett und hatte alles klasse vorbereitet.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, war sehr gut eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht und war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Besitzer, Fabrizio, ist supernett, sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war sehr angenehm. Von der Wohnung aus konnte man die Altstadt und den Strand zu Fuss gut erreichen. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt, in dem man alles bekommt, was man braucht. Was uns allerdings nicht so gut gefallen hat war, dass die Wohnung in einem sehr großen Wohnblock liegt. Wir haben den Urlaub aber in Fabrizios Apartment sehr genossen. Danke Fab

Wonderful Experiece

My family and I had a great time staying here. The flat is utterly modern, comfortable and clean. It is well situated for walks to the beach and to the neighborhood grocery. That proved very interesting because we found the local eggs, fruit and produce tasted better than the same products in the US. With brand new appliances: fridge, range top, oven and clothes washer it was easy to prepare a meal or two while doing some laundry to freshen up our clothes. On top of this, the owner, Fabrizio, is extremely attentive, caring and knowledgeable. It was clear he wanted us to be relaxed, and right at home. And we did.

This flat is unique, recently refurbished with Scandinavian design. It’s located in a quiet and residential area from the 70's.

Here you could enjoy your vacation in a spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable apartment.

Downtown Marbella is a very charming neighbourhood, with easy access to local restaurants and amazing beaches. Here you feel the the reminiscence of Marbella's history as a small fishing town. The neighbours in the building are predominantly local people, which creates a very friendly and calm environment.
