About this property

A wonderful house with swimming pool located in Laroque des Albères, a small village located in the foothills of the Pyrenees and just 15 minutes by car to the Mediterranean with its fine beaches. The house is located in a quiet and nice residential area with only 600 meters to the center. This area offers something for everyone: quiet relaxation by the pool as well as walking distance to hiking trails leading up to the Pyrenees. Many beautiful little charming villages, such as Céret and Collioure, are nearby and the nearest major town is Perpignan (25 minutes by car). Every Wednesday there is a big market in the village.
Short walking distance to bakery, butcher, grocery store and restaurants. It is about 3km to the large supermarket.
The house is very suitable for two families, is child friendly, has air conditioning and private parking. Norwegian owner.

Extérieur agréable mais des améliorations à apporter à l’interieur

La maison est située dans un lotissement très calme et à 10 minutes à pieds du centre de Laroque des Alberes, très joli village avec tous les commerces nécessaires. Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables. La maison est fonctionnelle et suffisamment spacieuse pour 8. En revanche, la décoration est datée et mérite un net rafraîchissement. Les photos ne montrent pas les pièces les plus concernées. Le ménage était insuffisant à notre arrivée : poussière sur les meubles, sous les lits et derrière les portes ; micro ondes non nettoyé et façades des placards de la cuisine avec de nombreuses traces de doigts ; sol non lavé ; miroirs et vitres non nettoyés ; beaucoup de toiles d’araignée. À noter que la climatisation est à l’étage, et que la circulation au rez-de-chaussée est limitée, notamment en cas de canicule. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire avant l’arrivée, et la personne chargée de s’occuper de la maison est très agréable.

Location spacieuse pour 8 personnes Extérieurs très agréables et beaux équipement cuisine complet et neuf barbecue efficace pour 8 Piscine bien agréable un problème : le manque de climatisation dans toutes les chambres, ou prévoir des moustiquaires pour garder les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit...
