Refined and well kept single house with sea view terrace.
The house is located just twenty steps from the Pietre Nie Black seafront in the heart of the city of Pozzallo,
the ideal location for experiencing the sea by day with free beaches or paid lidos and the rich nightlife at night.

Ottima posizione

L'appartamento si trova a due passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro di Pozzallo. Disposto su tre livelli con due terrazzini offre tutte le comodità necessarie per un buon soggiorno. La casa è pulita . La proprietaria molto attenta e disponibile per ogni esigenza o necessità. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e speriamo di ritornare.

Great Location!

My family loved the three levels, of this town-house style apartment. It was so close to the beach and a cute town. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. A family favorite during our stay in Italy.
