Cox cable and Hi speed internet is included. This beautiful home has yet to be reviewed due to being first placed on the rental market 11/2016. This home is part of Green Valley Recreation. Green Valley recreation offers 14 Rec. centers. Pools, pickle ball, tennis, arts, crafts, Health, fitness, something for everyone. Hike the trails in the San Rita mountains. A round of golf? golf trip

Very well equipped and large property. Owner checked in to see how things were going. We are familiar with the Green Valley area and the numerous golf courses ... It was nice to watch the golfers come through during the day. Definitely would return to this property.

Arizona winter stay

Spacious house on the golf course. Lovely view of the mountains. A road runner came to visit us on the patio several days. Also had owls hooting outside in the night, though we never were able to see them.

Nice place

Nice location on a quiet dead end court. Friendly neighbors. Very large house with lots of sitting areas for a relaxing and dining. Large rooms throughout. Very bright. Enjoyed sitting on the outside patio and watching the golfers. Very accommodating home.
