La Nocciola apartment is recently renovated and tastefully furnished and equipped with all modern comforts.

The house has an outdoor area where you can savor the seductive delights of eating al fresco! The swimming pool (3 × 4 m) created in front of the wonderful panorama to enjoy relaxing time immersed in the nature.

Set in a privileged position on a hillside, surrounded by chestnut, olive trees and flowers, secluded location, embrace of the Apuan Alps inland and the shimmering waters of the Mediterranean sea from the islands of La Spezia gulf to the lighthouse of Livorno port. This is an ideal base for exploring the Cinque Terre fishing villages and nature reserves, as well as accessing the local beaches.

LOCATION

The area around Sarzana caters to many different tastes, offering wealth of leisure time for people of all ages. Watersports enthusiasts can swim, windsurf, sail and fish in the Mediterranean, while sun-worshipers can bask idly on the unspoilt sandy beaches. The nearby inland Apuan Alps mountain range, which reaches as high as 1,750 meters above sea level, provides extensive opportunities for leisurely walking, more strenuous hiking, serious climbing or carefree cycling in fantastic scenery.

For those fascinated by history, art and architecture, the medieval town of Sarzana, set in the valley below, invites you to explore its beautiful historic center and magnificent churches, which acquired special importance ages.

If, however, it is exclusive regional cuisine that you had as in search of, the villages hugging the local coast-road from Mouth of Lean to Lerici boast some excellent fish restaurants.

Post Card from Sarzana

Most postcards say wish you were here. That really says it all, Sara is a lovely host, she was very helpful with everything including restaurants, directions and recommendations. Sara house is beautiful, well equipped and the perfect place for a relaxed holiday. There is everything you could need and has comfortable beds and great showers. The view from the garden and the pool are exceptional, you can really enjoy the scenery. A place to stay for total relaxation and not far from great places to visit like Chinque Terre, Luca, Pisa and La Spezia.

Beautiful house with far reaching views across the countryside to the sea

The house was perfect very well designed and well presented - it sat in it's own garden in an elevated position looking over the Ligurian countryside . It was well equipped in every way and the perfect base from which to explore this area . Thank you Sara we really enjoyed our stay at Nocciola . Pat Long

Beautifully presented apartment overlooking the hills and coast of Liguria

The apartment is spacious, light, bright and tastefully decorated and furnished. It has a well equipped kitchen 2 large bathrooms and very comfortable beds. There is a lovely, large patio area with excellent outdoor furniture plus a swimming pool. The apartment overlooks the stunning scenery of Liguria with far reaching views. The area is quiet and peaceful, but with easy access to the attractive town of Sarzana. Absolutely loved my stay in this beautiful apartment.

Tolle Aussicht

Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einer super Vermieterin. Wir durften sogar früher einchecken und später auschecken. Alles sehr ordentlich und gepflegt und sehr sauber. Was auch toll war mit 4 Erwachsenen sind zwei Bäder. Der Pool ist schon sehr klein und man fährt schon ein gutes Stück den Berg hoch aber dafür wird man mit einer tollen Aussicht und Ruhe belohnt. Wir würden wieder kommen. Vielen Dank Sara!

Cercavamo una settimana di relax e l'abbiamo trovata, una location fantastica con un panorama eccezzionale, i proprietari gentilissimi ci hanno messo a nostro agio fin dal viaggio di arrivo rendendosi disponibili anche a venirci incontro avendo avuto un piccolo problema con l'auto. Vacanza ideale per tutta la famiglia. Anche il nostro cagnolino è stato benissimo.
