Apartment in an idyllic location of an apartment complex with many sights in the vicinity. The apartment is on the second floor and is part of an apartment complex which is located in the small idyllic village of Liesenich (Hunsrück) a short distance from the Moselle.
The living room / bedroom has 1 sofa bed and a sitting area, television with satellite connection, DVD and stereo system, and there is also free WiFi internet. In the 3 bedrooms there are single beds, one bedroom has a double bed.
The 2 bathrooms have a shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, electric stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, senseo machine and microwave. You have access to 1 loggia at the rear and a large balcony at the front with garden chairs and umbrella with a very nice view of the surroundings.

Top of the hill and top of the bill

If you are looking for a very comfortable place on the top of q hill, close to the beautiful nature of the Eifel, then thus is your place! And no problem to bring your dog(s) with.

Nicht sauber!

Leider war uns die Wohnung zu staubig und zu schmutzig. Außerdem Schimmel an den Fenstern.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist von der Aufteilung her sehr schön. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, da gibt es nichts zu meckern. Die Wohnung war sauber, vor allem Bad und Betten, das finden wir immer wichtig. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist die Sauberkeit der Küche. Wir haben Gläser, Besteck und Geschirr einmal in den Geschirrspüler gesteckt. Aber wir hatten ein tolles Silvesterwochenende und es hat an nichts gefehlt. :-)

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir wurden sehr herzlich vom Vermieter empfangen. Die Wohnung ganz oben bietet genügend Platz für bis zu 7 Personen. Räumlich sind es zwei Bereiche, die durch das Treppenhaus voneinander getrennt sind. Ganz schön, so dass man Abends die Kinder nicht stört, wenn diese schon im Bett sind. Die Sauberkeit war ganz OK, die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber auch noch OK. In der Küche ist im Grunde alles vorhanden. Auch für Herbst war es schön warm in der Wohnung, auch wenn bei starken Herbststürmen die Fenster ganz schön pfeifen und die einfach Verglasung der Schrägfenster (in Küche und Bad) viel Schwitzwasser bilden. Manche Kissen könnten mal erneuter werden, einige sind Brett hart. Vielleicht für Rückenschläfer genau das richtige :) Sehr positiv ist, dass im Eingangsbereich im EG immer ein kleiner Vorrat an Wein aus der Gegend und anderen kleinen Dingen (Honig aus der Region, Kohle, Duschgel, Wasser) zu finden ist, die käuflich erworben werden können. Das das sogar alles auf Vertrauensbasis mit kleiner Kasse im Flur klappt, lässt mich an der Menschheit hoffen. Die Kirchturmuhr, die morgens um 6.30 Uhr bimmelt sollte einen lieber nicht stören, vom Straßenlärm haben wir nicht viel mitbekommen. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 20 Minuten mit Auto entfernt. Im Ort selber gibt es nichts. Da wir aber so abgelegen wohnen wollten, hat uns das nicht gestört und Einkäufe wurden einfach mit Ausflügen verbunden. Alles im allen hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Liesenich und können auch die Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen.
