Quiet and private and in good order. Garden well fenced. Nice location but a hilly walk to town.
No problems with the apartment but I was disappointed with the lounge. It's described as with a sea view but that's only when standing by a high velux window. There's no outlook when sitting. It's very dog friendly and has the benefit of a charming and helpful owner living next door. The distance into town is walkable but hilly. Solva itself is delightful and a good position for travel to other areas.

I come from Pembrokeshire, have lived here nearly all my life and wouldn't ever choose to leave. Until recently, I lived about 5 miles away where I also had a small holiday cottage (Dairy Cottage) which I let through Owners Direct. I live in Aelwyd and aim to provide help and information if requested but otherwise let you enjoy Ty Nos in peace and privacy.

Why they chose this property

Ty Aelwyd and Aelwyd are situated on the outskirts of Solva in an elevated position which is both quiet but also within easy reach of the harbour, pubs and shops. The property has a homely feel and is warm and comfortable.

What makes this property unique

Ty Aelwyd benefits from lovely evening light and large skies. The apartment is slightly hidden away but within the village providing a good combination of coastal, quiet but with the village amenities.
