Quiet and secluded
Fantastic location up a small track and very secluded and private - plenty seating and a large parking area. I went with my elderly mother so ideal as there is a bedroom with a bathroom downstairs and another upstairs for me to use . Lovely to watch the deer and birds etc coming into the garden. Near a great supermarket and lovely pub . Have already booked again to visit next year, My only criticism is that the pillows are a bit worn and flat and some of the garden furniture has seen batter days. Other than than a lovely place to stay and highly recommended

A Good Location
My husband and I had our son, his wife and 2 young boys from Australia with us. The house was very spacious, plenty of garden for them to play football in, and amazing wild life. Very quiet and off the beaten track, but so convenient for many North Norfolk attractions. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely and cosy Christmas stay with family
The property was perfect for a Christmas stay with family. Very spacious and open planned and bedrooms very large. We had a crawling infant and Victoria kindly made sure the stair gates were on for us. There was a cot and mattress and 2 high chairs. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Large driveway for parking. Not a lot locally but Holt and Fakenham just a short drive away for any shopping/ restaurants/ bars. Couldn't believe it was just a stone's throw from the Thursford show and enhanted light walk. Only criticism would be it could do with some more kitchen essentials such as tea towels, cutlery, crockery and glasses so that 1 set can be in dishwasher ready to go on and another set ready to use. A pizza cutter would be handy too. We ended up just doing lots of washing up so it was manageable with what was there but just not ideal. The bathrooms could do with a bit of maintenance/ modernising but again it was fine for what we wanted/ were looking for. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Thank you.
