Villa 5.1 is a self-catering, 3 bedroomed terraced duplex unit with breath-taking ocean views from all living areas and bedrooms. The Golf Villa has been tastefully decorated to follow the resort's high standards.

The ground floor is open-planned with a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining and lounge area, leading onto a covered patio with braai facilities. The first guest bedroom can be found on the ground floor which is ideal for early morning risers that do not want to disturb the rest of the household. All 3 bedrooms are spacious with loads of cupboard space and en-suite bathrooms, that include shower, bath and basin.

The second floor is where the master bedroom and the second guest room can be found. The master bedroom opens up onto a large patio offering views that very few estates can compete with.

This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people.

Übernachtung auf der Garde Route

Der Check-Inn ist kompliziert, vor allem, wenn man nicht gut Englisch spricht. Das Gästehaus ist ansprechend, leider Kakerlaken in einer der beiden Obergeschosswohnungen. Mehrmals in der Woche wurde der Strom abgeschaltet, einmal sogar zwischen 20.00 und 22.00 Uhr. Die Lage auf der Golfanlage ist schön, bis zum Clubhaus (Frühstück, Abendessen) ist es allerdings ca. 2 km weit mit starkem Gefälle. Kein Lebensmittelladen in der Anlage, Einkäufe muss man sich in Mossel Bay besorgen. Die Einrichtungsgegenstände in dem Gästehaus und die Reinigung waren gut. Alles in allem kann ich das Gästehaus weiterempfehlen.

Clean fresh golf stay

Great apartment with a fantastic view overlooking the Pinnacle Point Golf Course 16th Green. All rooms are spacious with separate bath to modern standard. Don't get fooled by the picture of the pool it is minute and not big a enough to swim. All else is great. Just make sure the fingerprint process is done correctly or You'll have to check through the main entrance manually every time.... Christina, the property manager is very nice and helpful quickly addressing any issues or questions we had. If we go to mosselbay again this is on our stay list.

Fantastisk utsikt i ett bra hus

POSITIVT: Fantastisk utsikt, underbart bra golfbana, bra hus med stora rum, vacker omgivning med fantastiskt fina hus i olika stilar. Städning 3 ggr/veck.av fantastiska damer. Fantastiskt fint klubbhus med kanon servive o mat NEGATIVT; Ingen Wifi vilket är ett MÅSTE när man bor så isolerat en längre tid. i ett sådant stort hus borde det vara tvättmaskin. Väldigt kuperat. Fick beställa suffle hela tiden vilket var tråkigt. SUMMERING: Dom negativa grejorna tog bort 1-2 ⭐️ från ett i övrigt fantastiskt vackert och underbart hus och golfbana.
