This property is perfect for families or couples, the community have 3 pools in total, one protected from the wind at the back of the community and 2 Infront of the ocean which one is a children’s pool. Here is also the Beach Bar where you can eat in their restaurant or just have a drink at the bar. And for those who like to get their workout in, the fully equipped gym with sea views is open all day for you too use. The community is a gated community with 24h security and communal parking within the gates.
15 min walk on the beach you will reach Laguna Village with its shops and wide selection of restaurants and beach clubs. In the other direction is one of the best Chiringuito on the coast with all the fresh fish and paella you can desire. 5 min with car you have Laguna village but on the other side of the road also a supermarket, burger king and a gas station. 10 min to Estepona and 15 min to Puerto Banus. There is also a bus stop 10 min from the community.
