About this property

The house is located in the most commercial central part of the town, near supermarkets, pharmacy, para-pharmacy, bar, bakery, hairdresser, pizzeria, restaurant; possibility to park safely without paying. A few km from the toll booth, 3 km from the sea, 2 km from the central station, 1 km from the bus stop that easily reaches all the most common places of interest (Taormina, Giardini, Acireale, Catania, Messina etc ...)
The area is very quiet, there is a park for children or dogs nearby.
The house consists of a lounge, a kitchen complete with all appliances: oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, a large veranda where you can have breakfast and there is also a washing machine, there are three beautiful balconies that surround the house.
There are two bathrooms, both renovated and with showers, and finally there are the two bedrooms with respective air conditioners and balconies where you can look out.
Also inside the apartment there is a courtyard with condominium green air.

Eine schöne Wohnung

Insgesamt war es ein schöner Urlaub. 15 Minuten Autofahrt von der Wohnung befindet sich ein sehr schöner Strand mit kleinen Kieselsteinen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Nur die Stadt Giarre ist ziemlich dreckig.
