THIS APARTMENT is equipped with FREE FAST Wi Fi INTERNET + SATELLITE TV. It has marble floors throughout, a large lounge/dining room with leather suite and dining table for 4 that leads onto a spacious south-west facing terrace for eating alfresco and enjoying the sun from morning right through to sunset. BEDROOM 1 has twin beds which can be apart or pushed together with a marble en-suite bathroom. BEDROOM 2 also has twin beds which can be pushed together and an en-suite marbled bathroom.
POOLS AND GARDENS: There is a choice of 2 large shaped swimming pools with shallow ends for children plus their own small pool. Lifeguards are usually on duty. Sun-loungers are provided. The pools are in beautiful well-kept sub-tropical gardens with paths lit by path-lights in the evenings.
PARKING: There is a reserved secure parking space under the apartment building of the apartment plus there is ground level parking. A LIFT also goes from garage level to the apartment floor.
COSTA DEL SOL AREA: 320 days a year of sunshine speaks for itself and means the Costa del Sol is the perfect all year round coast to visit with the certainty of hot summers and mild winters. The area around Puerto Banus has everything you could wish for to make your holiday varied and interesting.

Extremely clean, grounds immaculate
This property was ideal for our needs. We were 4 ladies travelling together so the 2 bathrooms were great. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. The grounds/pool are kept immaculate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return and recommend to others.
Lovely apartment in stunning grounds
A fully equipped apartment with everything you need for a perfect holiday. Quiet location where sun beds are available all day long around a beautiful swimming pool. Added extra - underground parking and a welcome pack.😀
Stayed twice - Its the perfect apartment !
I have stayed in these apartments twice, once in May 2013 and once in August 2012, both times with friends.
Its a 5 - 10 minute cab ride from Peurto Banus (€15) and if you are not in heels and want to walk to the beach it a nice 30 minute walk. 10 Minute walk to the nearest supermarket.
All the rooms are very clean and comfortable and the balcony looking over the pool is lush. Great for sunbathing and eating outside in the evening.
The perfect apartment for a family or a girls holiday who don't mind being slightly away from the buzz of Peurto banus.
Lovely apartment, definitely recommended!
We were a group of 3 girls, we went out for a week to celebrate a friends 21st. The communication with Martin before we arrived was excellent and with the reps while we were there. The location was perfect for us, a 20 minute walk to Peurto Banus and 5 minutes in a taxi which was only 8 euros. We had a great view of the pool from our balcony which caught the sun in the evening. The balcony was very spacious with table and chairs and two sun loungers which were very comfy! The pool was very clean and a great area to chill around.
The apartment was lovely and very well maintained, we were provided with all the kitchen utensils you would need. Cleaning products such as dishwasher tablets were provided too. The bed linen was very fresh and clean as were the beach and shower towels. The bathrooms were also very clean and spacious.
We would recommend this apartment to groups out for a good time and even families, if we came back to Peurto Banus we would definitely stay here again. Great holiday and lovely apartment!
Great place, location, recommended.
We were a group of four guys out for a long weekend. Communication with owner beforehand was great - happy to answer any questions and provided a lot of information for us before we travelled. Met the rep fine, showed us around etc.
The apartment is very nice. Lots of kitchenware, lots of space, bathrooms very nice, beach towels provided. Pool area was the major draw for us and it proved to be a great spot to relax. The only thing we would say is that the beds aren't the biggest: we are all 6ft+ and legs were hanging off the edge, just about wide enough for us. Fine for kids but I think parents will find the beds small (even if pushed together).
The walk isn't short into Puerto Banus but it's about 10/15 minutes, so not too bad. Iceland is a five minute walk away, though we went into PB to Cortes Inglese.
All in all, it's a lovely place. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. If we ever return to the area, we would most likely return here. Thanks for a great stay!
Gran complejo en excelente ubicación
Hemos disfrutado diez días del apartamento. El complejo la Dama de Noche está muy bien situado, a 10 min andando de Puerto Banús y la playa, y ofrece un ambiente muy tranquilo con seguridad privada, piscinas con hamacas, padel, aparcamiento privado y un gran bar restaurante dentro de la misma urbanización. En cuanto al apartamento tiene unas magníficas vistas a la piscina (tal cual se ve en las fotos), es muy amplio y tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar la estancia. Como nota negativa la persiana del dormitorio principal está rota, con lo cual la claridad en mi caso me impedía dormir bien, aunque toda vez que ya lo notificamos a la propiedad suponemos que será arreglado de cara a la próxima estancia.

This apartment is just 35 minutes from Malaga airport via the motorway. Either take a taxi from outside Arrivals, hire a self-drive car or we can arrange a chauffeur service to whisk you to the apartment. There is also a bus service. Airlines to Malaga include easyJet, Aer Lingus, Ryanair, Monarch, British Airways, Iberia, BMIbaby depending on your departure airport. Full directions are sent with all bookings.

The rental includes 'meet and greet' on arrival, free Wi Fi, all utilities including electricity, bedding, linen, apartment towels + pool / beach towels and normal cleaning after departure.
25% of the rent is paid when you book. 75% of the rent and the security deposit are paid 6 weeks before your holiday. Rents quoted are for funds received. For lets up to 6 nights, the first 3 nights are at the weekend rate and the remainder at the weekday rate.
Check-in is 4pm onwards or can be earlier and as soon as cleaned if there were departing guests the previous night.
Check-out is by 11am or later if the apartment is not occupied the following night.

FREE Internet 24/7 upon request. The lounge has a large flat screen TV with Satellite channels, a VGA cable for laptop to TV and an iPod/iPhone dock sound system. Bedrooms also have TVs. Underground designated secure parking space plus ground level parking although car is not necessary as beaches and Puerto Banus are a short walk away and golf course is even nearer. There is lift access to the third floor. Front door is normal width. There is 24-hour security at the development and extensive CCTV cameras.
