OUTSIDE THE APARTMENT: Choice of 2 large shaped swimming pools with lifeguards and shallow ends plus children's pool. Sun-loungers are also provided. Beautiful well-kept sub-tropical gardens with evening path lights. There is a lift to the third floor.
The apartment is in a prime position on the third floor and is south-west facing and its terrace overlooks the garden and swimming pool. It is NOT overlooking other apartments and is NOT east facing which overlooks a golf course that has a busy road on the far side.

PUERTO BANUS is the chic, fashionable port for the rich and famous to pose on their mega-yachts. 'People-watching' can be a fascinating pastime and here is probably one of the best places in the world to do it! Lining the marina are lively restaurants, cafes and tapas bars for all tastes and budgets as well as shops of every kind including many top-class fashion shops. And, of course, at night there are the bars and clubs that provide Puerto Banus's vibrant nightlife.
But Puerto Banus is not all glitz - it has great sandy beaches on both sides of the marina as well as many great golf courses nearby. There are also countless other places to go such as - a water park, safari park, zoo, casino, bullring and much more. And don't forget there are private beach clubs for those champagne lunches with freshly caught seafood !
COSTA DEL SOL AREA: 320 days a year of sunshine speaks for itself and means the Costa del Sol is the perfect all year round coast to visit with the certainty of hot summers and warm winters. The area around Puerto Banus has everything you could want to make your holiday varied and interesting. The town of Marbella presents both the old and new faces of the Costa del Sol and is just a 10 minute drive along the famous Golden Mile, which has more fine beaches, restaurants, bars and great shopping. El Casco Antigo, Marbella's charming Old Town, is a warren of whitewashed streets with authentic tapas bars and is a vibrant place to visit day or night. And don’t miss Marbella’s famous Orange Square.
The quaint seaside fishing town of Nerja along the coast is another ‘must see’ as are Andalucia’s breathtaking mountains. Further afield you can easily reach the historic mountain towns of Rhonda and Granada or take a bit longer and go to Sevilla or Gibraltar or even across the Med to Tangiers!
As we arrived late we were delighted to find tea, coffee, milk, water and juice in the apartment for us. This was a very nice touch and we appreciated it very much.
The apartment was very clean and comfortable and quite spacious. It was ideal for us with two young children. It was very quiet at night time.
We had a lovely pool view from the terrace.
The swimming pool was very well supervised at all times. The railing around the shallow end of the pool is very good and adds to the safety of the pool.
The gardens in the complex are beautiful and very well kept.
The apartment is a nice 15 minute walk from the centre of Puerto Banus.
We have just arrived back after a 9 night stay at this apartment. The owner knows how to make your arrival easy with very comprehensive details arriving by email ahead of the journey. The apartment is very modern with everything you would expect to have - air conditioning, wifi, TV (with BBC, ITV and Channel 4 stations) DVD and all kitchen appliances. Extra towels, pillows bedding etc are all there. We loved the very spacious balcony and spent more time out there than inside. There are 2 pools - although only one opens in late September which was just right for the low numbers of people there at that time. A small cafe beside the open pool caters for lunch, snacks etc - everything we needed.
It is a 10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket which has a good range. For anything else there is a massive supermarket at El Cort Ingles in the town which is a further 5 minutes walk. The beach, shops and restaurants are all right there too. If walking is not your thing there are plenty of reasonably priced taxis. The owner supplies a number for them, they understand English and were very reliable.
All in all we had a lovely relaxed holiday in excellent surroundings. I thoroughly recommend it for couples or a family. Plenty to see and do. The owner keeps a supply of leaflets for those wishing to travel around. We went to Tangiers in Morroco for the day and Gilbraltar on another day - which can be booked in El Cort Ingles as well.

Very nice and clean apartment with a big terace with view on the swimming pool.
The only thing is Puerto Banus has very bad traffic and you need to take the car to go to the beach (1.8 km).
Booked this property direct with Martin, Sunny times in Spain. No problems what so ever with the booking. We arrived at the apartment late at night and were greeted by Nikki who was extremely friendly and helpful.
The apartment was just perfect, spacious bathrooms and living room. The kitchen was quite basic but was more than sufficient. The pool was lovely, with a few families around but still very calm and relaxing with two life guards on duty all day.
The apartment is set slightly inland from the centre of Puerto Banus, it took us about 10-15 mins to walk to the bars and restaurants and we usually opted for a taxi home at the end of a night out which only cost about 7 euros.
We had a great holiday and are already planning our next visit to La Dama de Noche. Thanks!
Our apartment had everything in it you would ever need on holiday.It was very
clean and tidy and a good size veranda were we had our lunch and wee glass of
wine at lunchtime.The pool area was really nice and very safe with 2 lifeguards
on duty at all times the only thing I would say is it that the pool didn't open until
11am and with our balcony in the shade we felt we missed out on some rays.
It is a good 15 minutes walk down into Puerto Banus.
Overall very good and would recommend this apartment to my friends.Another nice touch was on arrival the apartment was stocked with

The apartment exceeded our expectations being recently refurbished and exactly as advertised. Great location near Puerto Banus and the beach resorts. Greatly appreciated 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, WiFi, TV with access to BBC/ITV, garage parking and very secure.
I have to say this apartment surpassed all expectations The cleanliness and welcome by lovely Nicky was 1st class. This was most definately the best maintained apartment we have stayed in. The quality of the furniture beds and bedding made it a luxury holiday. The views over looking the gardens were stunning.The balcony's was huge and gave us extra room and comfort to have dinner and sit on. The bonus was finding the apartment stocked with all basic needs, Tea, coffee, milk ,sugar toilet rolls and cleaning 10 out of 10 Martin for how your apartment has been thought out with great emphasis on detail. Last we have to say Many Many thanks to Nicky for her care, and being on hand should we need her .... We will look forward to returning later or next year and will most certainly recommend to family and friends Thank you for the speedy return of our deposit 3 days on return was back in my Bank...Barbara and Trevor

The rental includes 'meet and greet' on arrival, free Wi Fi, all utilities including electricity, bedding, linen, apartment towels + pool / beach towels and normal cleaning after departure.
25% of the rent is paid when you book. 75% of the rent and the security deposit are paid 6 weeks before your holiday. Rents quoted are for funds received. For lets up to 6 nights, the first 3 nights are at the weekend rate and the remainder at the weekday rate.
Check-in is 4pm onwards or can be earlier and as soon as cleaned if there were departing guests the previous night.
Check-out is by 11am or later if the apartment is not occupied the following night.
