Secluded Rolling Hills Villa, 3 miles from Disney, includes heated pool/spa.

Our Rolling Hills Villa with sedcluded heating pool/spa area (heating included) is in a great location 3 miles from Disney and within easy reach of Universal Studios and SeaWorld/Discovery Cove. Our villa has been furnished to a high standard. Consisting of 5 bedrooms; 1 king luxurious master suite with a walk in shower, 1 queen, 2 twins plus a 5th bedroom with a bunk bed (single above a double); kitchen with breakfast nook, utility room with washer/drier. There is a family room and a separate sitting area with formal dining table, making it ideal for 1 or 2 families. The large SSE facing pool is set in a spacious deck area with sun loungers and beach chairs with table and chairs for al fresco dining. Cable TV's with DVD players are in four bedrooms with the king and queen bedrooms have Blu-Ray players, the bunk room is the one with no TV. The family room is equipped with 47' HD TV, Blu Ray player, and cable TV with over 200 channels to choose from. The games room is fitted with a pool table and air hockey table, some family friendly games can be found in the fifth bedroom. Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the property, complimentary free phone calls to USA & Canada, safe and mains powered smoke detectors are throughout the property. Cot, high chair and baby monitor. The villa is close to many championship golf courses as well as five Disney courses; many family friendly bar/restaurants are close by, close enough to stroll to, as well as many supermarkets, shops and shopping malls. Disney is near enough for you to drive back to the villa for a rest or swim in the afternoon before returning for the evening parades and firework shows. We hold a strictly NO PETS ALLOWED policy.

Brilliant property!

The location is unreal, 15 mins is the furthest Disney park. Quiet and upmarket estate and a wall mart only 3 minute drive away. The house has five bedrooms, large pool which heats very quickly and is south facing and a full furnished kitchen. The host couldn’t of been more helpful throughout our stay. If we come back again we’ll be booking Penny’s Villa.

Simply Brilliant

Loved our stay at Star Lake, Penny the host was fabulous both with information and any questions we had. The villa is perfectly located to Disney and universal and provided that home from home feeling. Would recommend staying here if you are in a group or have a good sized family. Plenty of space and great to relax in after a heavy day of parks!

Stayed In villas for 25 years. Never had one better. Would advise stay here . First choice . Really is so close to everything. Will save you hours traveling. The villa is superb WOW. Can't rate it high enough.

Great house & location

We had a great stay in this holiday house, it is very comfortable and spacious and the pool was great for relaxing away from the parks and warmed up nicely from the sun during the day ready for our return home. The games room garage was well equipped too. We didn’t need the owner during our stay as everything was great for us. The location was perfect for all Disney parks and Disney springs as only 10 mins drive even in August, which made it easy to pop in and out through the day & evening. Universal and Seaworld parks just a little further 20-30 mins but still very easy even in August. The Walmart is only 2 mins drive which has everything you could imagine and more, but queues are long! Thanks Penny for letting us stay in your holiday home, we have had a great time.
