Description of accommodation
The studio is 25 m² + a loggia of 7 m², it is fully furnished. It is located on the 6th floor.
The living room is facing south, it has a seating area and an equipped kitchen area.
The pleasant loggia has a view of the sea and allows you to relax or take a meal outside.
The bathroom has shower, toilet, sink and storage.
The heating and hot water are electric.

Très bien

Nous avons passé 5 jours à Carnon L’appartement est très bien agencé pour 2 adultes et 2 ados de 13/17 ans il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner + machine à laver Le balcon vue mer est génial La mer est à 200m à pied et tous les commerces et restaurants sont au pied de la résidence Les deux ventilateurs étaient les bienvenus car il a fait très chaud lors de notre séjours mais c’était la canicule Je recommande cet appartement et Xavier le propriétaire qui a été super pour notre arrivée merci pour les boissons au frais elles étaient les bienvenues et pour vos conseils quand à la ville de Carnon Le seul bémol serait les parkings payants Il n’y a qu’un seul parking gratuit et les places sont vites prises Merci encore à vous notre séjour s’est très bien passé et nous vous remercions pour votre disponibilité Séverine Patrice et les ados 😉

Super séjour

Appartement fonctionnel , très bien situé. A deux pas de la plage et des commerces. Xavier et sa femme ont été très agréables et très arrangeants. Merci à eux.

Studio bien situé - grande terrasse abritée

Appartement très bien situé. Tous les commerces sont au pied de l'immeuble (boulangerie, épicerie, poissonnerie, primeur, tabac...). Grande terrasse abritée. Plage à moins de 5 min à pied. Le propriétaire est arrangeant et donne de bons conseils pour les restaurants ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
