Nice house of 85m² (semi-detached on one side) ideally located on the seafront, direct access to the beach, in a small subdivision 30km south of Bastia. Great sandy beach very quiet even in summer.
The house is 5 minutes drive from Folelli, where you will find all shops including a large area;
Description:
- Ground floor: living room on an open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, separate toilet. The kitchen is well equipped: induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, coffee maker. A washing machine is available in the bathroom.
- Floor: 3 small bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. Presence of a steep staircase that can be inconvenient for animals and people with reduced mobility.

Small house very close to the beach

The house is very close to a wide and empty beach on which you can walk for miles. About 7 minutes walk up the beach is a great beach cafe and bar, and a rather posh hotel restaurant. Another 4 minutes you can find another great little cafe bar. You will need a car, and 5 minutes drive away you can find a super-market and shops. The house is a bit cramped, especially for more than 4 people, the upstairs has a small toilet and shower and 3 small bedrooms, the stair case is very steep, a bit wobbly and not suitable for people who are infirm. Down stairs is one good sized bedroom and shower room with a washing machine. There is a very small cupboard sized downstairs toilet. The kitchen is well equipped, a good sized fridge and freezer, a microwave oven, an induction cooker and oven. This is a very quiet area, and there is loads of great hiking a few minutes drive away. The swimming is great, you can walk a hundred meters out to sea before you no longer touch the bottom.

Strandhaus im Herbst

Das Häuschen klein und fein. Die Outdoordusche super um nach dem baden im Meer zu duschen. Die Lage ist toll, im Herbst hat es nur wenige Touristen, der Strand ist sauber und die Lagune bringt Süsswasser-Badespass.

Super schöner Urlaub auf Korsika

Wir haben 14 schöne Tage in diesem Haus verbracht. Tolle Lage des Hauses nur ein Steinwurf von einem wilden , natürlichem Strand entfernt. Ende August Anfang September hatten meine Familie und unser Hund den Strand fast für uns alleine . Das Haus hat alles wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber und alles praktisch eingerichtet. Besonders die Ausendusch wurde von uns nach jedem Strandbesuch genutzt. Die fehlende Klimaanlage hat uns nicht gestört . Tagsüber die Läden zu machen , Nachts öffnen und die Kühle Luft vom Meer macht den Rest. Geschäft und Supermarkt sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wer Ruhe etwas weiter weg vom üblichen Tourismus sucht ist hier genau richtig .

Magnifiques vacances

Un super sejour chez Vincent. La maison est top. Idéalement placée, elle a un accès direct à la plage dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. 3 kayaks sont mis à disposition et c'était parfait pour la mer mais aussi le fleuve juste à côté. La plage est très peu fréquentée donc c'était idéal pour les enfants et notre chienne. Je recommande vivement et ne manquerai pas de revenir lors de notre prochain sejour en Corse. Merci beaucoup
