Situated above Porthmeor Beach, Sea Spray is a 2 bedroom Maisonette that has stunning views of Porthmeor, The Island, Godrevy and St Ives Bay. A very quiet location, yet only 5-7 minutes walk from Porthmeor Beach and the town centre and also only 2 minutes from the South West Coast Path, a perfect spot for a relaxing family holiday.

The property is spread over 2 floors and consists of a lounge, kitchen/diner and balcony area on the first floor with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. The kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge-freezer, nespresso coffee machine, oven and microwave. This opens on to the lounge which comprises a Smart TV (Freeview HD & Freesat HD), DVD player and Bluetooth speaker, plus also a gas fire. From the lounge there is access to a large balcony area from which there are stunning views of Porthmeor beach, The Island, Godrevy and St Ives Bay. Here you will find outdoor furniture plus dining table and chairs. Upstairs, the main bedroom is equipped with a HD TV, a king size double bed plus sea and beach views. The second bedroom is made up with 2 x single beds. The bathroom consists of a shower, WC, wash basin, towel rail and shaver point. All linen and towels (not beach towels) are provided. The property has broadband/wi-fi and central heating throughout and also benefits from communal gardens

There is a reserved parking space which is guaranteed for the duration of your stay which is located immediately next to the property. If parking for more than one car is required, there is on street parking next to the property but this of course cannot be guaranteed.

Changeover day - Saturday. Dogs welcome. Shorter/weekend breaks may be available at certain times of the year, Xmas and New Year breaks also available, please contact owner for further details.

Lovely holiday property

We have just spent a very enjoyable week in this lovely holiday home. It is very tastefully decorated and very well equipped, with excellent lighting and comfortable sofas. Also, really comfortable beds and a huge spacious wardrobe! On our arrival we both commented on how spotlessly clean everything was - in fact, the whole place has a fresh, uncluttered feel to it. We particularly liked the small touches such as welcoming bottle of wine, milk in fridge, dishwasher tablets, coffee for the coffee machine, hand wash in the bathroom, small wireless speaker etc. Only a stone’s throw from the coastal path, so brilliant if you’re into walking which we are - and just as quick to get down to Porthmeor beach. A lot of thought has clearly gone into making this a wonderful place to stay. Plus it has its own parking space! We shall definitely be back.

2nd stay here. Lovely property with all you need for a self catering stay. Quality furnishings and good communication from owners. Balcony with sea views and the bonus of a parking space which is a must in St Ives. Will definitely be back

Thoughtful ownership which is reflected both in the communication with their guests as well as in the property itself. The apartment has been lovely looked after and so have we been with a welcome bottle of wine and amazing views. Would return without a doubt.

FANTASTIC! Convenient for town and great to relax and spend time staring out at the amazing views

Very clean and welcomming (bottle of wine and a bottle of milk waiting in the fridge). Felt easy to relax and spend time in the apartment but also a short walk into St Ives for all the lovely town has to offer. Walk the other way into the coastal path for stunning views. Apartment was great for dogs, with balcony and very attractive communal gardens. I honestly couldn't fault any part of the experience- fully recommended and I would visit again.
