Accommodation:
This comfortable apartment that has been our home for four years, has been renovated and decorated with love, and this is for the benefit of our guests, who will feel at home.
If you are traveling with a baby, there is the possibility of putting a Babyjörn travel cot after checking availability.
The fully equipped kitchen has a Lieber combi, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and pyrolytic oven. There is also a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. The equipment is completed with a Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, toaster, blender and kettle. There is an iron and ironing board, in case you need it.
The bright living room has two beautiful leather sofas. Apart from the dining room set for 4 people, there is SAT TV with a multitude of foreign channels and high speed WIFI.
All rooms are equipped with a central air conditioning and heating system.
Two bedrooms that comfortably accommodate four guests. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and rain shower. The guest bedroom has two large single beds (90x190). There is a second bathroom with shower. We provide bed linen and towels. Dryer also available.
Outside there is a beautiful south-facing terrace with a seating area and a dining room for your outdoor breakfasts. There are also two sun loungers to enjoy the sun.
Numbered parking space available for your convenience. Access from the parking lot to the floor by elevator.
The urbanization has four swimming pools open all year, two of them with salt water, and beautiful tropical gardens.

Services and common areas:
If you want to sunbathe, enjoy any of the 4 swimming pools (two of them with salt water and a children's pool) and enjoy.
They also have a reserved covered parking space.

Attention to guests:
The check in and check out schedule has been carefully established to ensure good service to our guests. However, if you need an early check in or late check out, do not hesitate to ask me and I will check availability :)

If you love golf or tennis, you have less than 5 minutes by car, numerous golf courses and the Tennis Club del Sol.
It is a perfect location to visit the surroundings, from the Nerja caves to the Serranía de Ronda. The beautiful city of Malaga, just half an hour away, with its historic center or the well-known Larios street, with fashion shops and boutiques, the Picasso Museum or the Carmen Thyssen museum. The picturesque mountain town of Mijas, which is part of the White Villages route, just 25 minutes away by car. The glamor of Puerto Banús and the busy nightlife of Marbella. The beauty of the Serranía de Ronda, with its spectacular views. Closer, a couple of kilometers away, is Puerto Cabopino, a popular place for tourists who want to enjoy a good meal before taking a walk on its beaches or the Dunes of Artola, declared a National Monument.
