About this property

Apartment (80 square meters) 400 meters from the sea, on the first floor of a small complex of eight apartments. The living area is on one level with living / dining room, TV, large balcony (17 m2), small new kitchen with dishwasher, large bathroom with washing machine, double bedroom with TV and bedroom with bunk bed for 2 / 4 people. Private parking . The apartment is located in a quiet residential area just a few blocks from the center. At the end of the road you will find a bakery, supermarket, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors. For children there is a playground nearby, with trampolines, inflatables and race cars, and a WWF park.

Comfortable apartment located on the coast near the pedestrian center of Marina di Massa. Day trips possible Pisa - Lucca - Siena - Florence - San Gimignano - Volterra. In summer, daily boat trips to the Cinque Terre. A visit to the Carrara marble quarries with a 4x4 jeep.

Schöner Urlaub

Eine schöne, saubere Unterkunft, gute Lage, alles in der Nähe. Muss nur beachtet werden, dass kein WLAN vorhanden ist.

Super séjour

L’appartement est grand, propre, fonctionnel et très bien placé à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la plage. L’emplacement est également idéal pour visiter la Ligurie et la Toscane. Merci à Donatella et Giuliana qui sont très disponibles en cas de besoin. On reviendra avec plaisir 😁

Ci siamo trovati veramente benissimo!

Appartamento molto carino, non lontano dalle spiagge e dai supermercati, aria condizionata e parcheggio interno al cortile. La signora Donatella molto disponibile e gentile se ricapitiamo da quelle parti sicuramente speriamo di poter soggiornare di nuovi li. Lidia
