About this property

We have been running a boutique hotel in Dalyan since 1997. All the experience gained over the years of hosting guests in the hotel helped us design, build and let out this precious “home”. If you've been to Dalyan before you are already in love with the place or if you haven't been here before it's only a matter of a visit. Dalyan is only 25 km from Dalaman Airport and we can arrange airport transfers at a small cost. Villa Crescent is located in quiet part of Dalyan surrounded by private villas rather than hotels of any crowded accommodation although it's only 8-9 minutes walk to the town centre. A big supermarket is only 4 minutes, walk from the villa. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, a large living room, separate kitchen with all mod cons, private garden and swimming pool, hammocks, gazebo and a barbecue area with garden table. Dalyan is a pretty safe place however the villa is equipped with an alarm system and a safe box is provided. 3 bicycles are at the guests' service, free of charge. Our hotel is located only 400m from the villa and we arrange some tours and activities for our hotel guests, we definitely won't miss out our villa guests, they will be informed too.

Wonderful villa

Travelled to Dalyan for a family holiday. We chose Crescent Villa due to the size of the pool and the outside space and we certainly weren’t disappointed. The villa is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood, it’s not overlooked, and yet it’s just a short walk into town for restaurants and the boat or bus to the beach. Nermin was incredibly helpful at all stages, and happy to answer our questions. She very kindly let us spend our last day in her beautiful hotel as we had a late flight. The gardens, pool and villa were lovely and clean and well maintained. We enjoyed relaxing in the hammocks, swing seat and high quality sun beds. It was such a bonus to have pool towels provided as well. Highly recommended!

Perfect Holiday

Crescent villa is perfect for 5-6 people - well equipped, comfortable villa - great pool - safe for young children too. We keep coming back as Nermin & Ali are so lovely. They look after us all so well. The Crescent hotel is a beautiful place to spend a relaxing time in & the food is amazing!

Agradable estancia

La casa es bastante cómoda, aunque se podrían mejorar algunas cosas. Lo que más hemos echado de menos ha sido una mesa grande en el porche para poder comer a mediodía . Solo hay una mesa alta muy pequeña con taburetes que es incómoda, además de insuficiente para 6 personas, que se supone que es la capacidad que tiene la casa. Otra cosa mejorable es el mueble del baño principal, que está muy deteriorado, así como la presión del agua que impide usar a la vez la ducha en los dos baños. Por lo demás, todo estaba muy limpio y Nermin y Alí han sido muy amables.

We are originally from Izmir and came to Dalyan for a family holiday in 1991. It wasn't difficult to fall in love with the village. We became regular visitors and decided to buy a plot of land and start our own business. We built our 15 bedroom B&B in 1996. Our two children helped us during the summer breaks while they were students. Now they both are grown up and choose to come to Dalyan for their holidays. We also have an airedale terrier, Puncho. She's adorable and very friendly.

Why they chose this property

In 2011 we built this villa for our own use, however, the hotel keeps us too busy and we can't really use it during the summers. So we decided to rent it out. We still use the villa during the winter.

What makes this property unique

As we built and furnished the villa for our own use rather than commercial use, it has everything in it. The private garden and pool offers a very relaxed stay. There are 3 bicycles for the guests use, too.
