Our third stay

I think the fact we returned multiple times says a lot. While the unit is a little dated, it nonetheless worked extremely well for us. Kitchen was functional, king bed was comfortable and bathroom has been renovated. Carey is an excellent host who is quick to respond if any concerns or issues arise. For us, that was very important. The location, the comfort and price point for the unit made it a no brainer for us.

The pictures provided by the host accurately reflect the property. For us, the location was close to family and provided a comfortable place to stay. Our host was/is most responsive and communicated quickly. We look forward to staying there again.

Clean and quiet location

A little older unit that provides what you need in a property. The kitchen is a little dated but fully functional with a full size refrigerator. Bathroom has been updated. Plenty of hot water. Parking spot in driveway is a bonus. Would stay again without question.

great location by the sea

I stayed here for 1 month - close to downtown Ventura and nice views of the beach. Carey was very responsive and accommodating. I enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Ventura/Oxnard.
