Spacious ground floor and first floor apartment.
GROUND FLOOR equipped with dining room / kitchen, bedroom with large window on public green and sea view, bathroom with shower, comfortable veranda with flowery hedge with table, chairs + umbrella and umbrella for moments of relaxation.
A FIRST FLOOR, which is lit by a separate entrance, we have a double bedroom with air conditioning and private balcony, an entrance hall and a bathroom with shower.
Convenient housing solution to the main services, located in the city center - pizzerias, ice-cream parlors, restaurants, bars and 2-seas square within 2 minutes walk. The golden beach of Capo Passero is about a hundred meters. I go to the dock for the neighboring island of C. P., a true natural pearl. In the vicinity you can visit the UNESCO sites of Val di Noto, set in the "Montalbano Commissioner" set. Ideal location for snorkelling, diving, surfing. Area also served as cycling and jogging track. Culinary specialties based on tomatoes of neighboring Pachino, and of course fresh fish (The port market is a pleasure for sight) and the famous Sicilian pastry, not to mention lemon granites, almonds, black mulberries, mandarins, etc.* Sun is secured all summer. * Sparrow head is 35 km south of the Tunisian parallel!
