This chic luxury 5 star accommodation is in the heart of downtown Cannes in a charming old building on the French Riviera. The 2 bedroomed apartment is on the first floor of a bourgeois building just off the Rue d'Antibes and only 2 blocks from the Croisette and its famous beaches and restaurants. This allows you experience French living at its best : 'La Vie en Rose'. It is located close to beaches, shops, restaurants and within 5 mins walking distance of the Palas des Festivals. It is very popular with the local agencies because of its central location and ambiance. Airport service can be provided at a nominal charge. On-street parking is available, while underground parking can be booked in advance, if required. High speed internet and Wifi is available free of charge and digital TV is provided.

While staying in Cannes you can visit many of the perched villages (les 'villages perchés') of the Alps foothills. Some to visit are Valbonne (great market on a Friday), Antibes, Biot (a beautiful craft village famous for its glass blowing), Cagnes (in haut Cagnes you can visit Renoir's villa) , Eze, Grasse (do visit the many famous perfumeries: Fragonard and Molinard to name a few). The 210 bus passes all and is only €1.50 to visit any of these lovely places. The owner provides detailed information on all nearby attractions and recommended restaurants.
Nice is only a half hour away by train and you can visit Monaco and Italy, all within an hours reach by train.

This is a delightful apartment with an American kitchen which is very centrally situated in downtown Cannes, in an area known as the 'Banane' (on a street off the famous shopping street Rue d'Antibes). You are only 2 blocks from the Croisette and its beaches, yet right in the heart of a bustling shopping mecca!!
It is fully equipped for 6 people. Facilities include A/C, central heating, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, juicer, washing machine, high speed internet/Wifi, digital TV, DVD player.
The building has 12 foot high ceilings and so the apartment has a great feeling of space. The lounge/dining area is quite large and is ideal for entertaining, while the entrance hall is also quite spacious with double doors that can be opened out to create a large reception area.
Each bedroom can accomodate 2 single beds or a Queen bed in each, and each has its own ensuite bathroom. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge that can be configured as a double bed for overnight guests.

Our stay in Cannes was amazing. The apartment is just beautiful. The beds were super comfortable. The sofas just as comfy. Having two bathrooms was such a plus for us. The kitchen had all the basics plus some more. The location is fantastic. Everything we needed (wanted) was just a few steps away. Mary provided us with a detailed list of suggestions for sight seeing, restaurants, markets, grocery stores, and more. Each was exactly as she described. We could not have been more pleased with the restaurants she suggested. We so appreciate all the time that she put into making our stay pleasurable. We would definitely return to, as well as recommend this apartment. It was absolutely perfect!
Beautiful traditional apartment
We had a wonderful 4 night stay.
The apartment was "spotlessly clean!" Beautifully decorated, and also had the typically French features, high ceiling, shutter ect.
In an ideal location near supermarche, beach, train station, lovely traditional bars and restaurants.
We felt very safe and secure staying there, lovely area.
Marie the key holder was so helpful too! Was on hand via phone if we needed her!
We will definitely be coming back to stay, couldn't fault it!
Petit trésor de Cannes
Nous y avons séjourné 16 jours lors du festival du film en mai 2016.
Situé tout près du cinéma de la quinzaine et à 10 minutes de marche de la croisette, cet appartement est un petit bijou.
Même en étant près de la rue d'Antibes, tout y est calme.
Spacieux, bien équipé pour cuisiner, a proximité de restaurants et du marché matinal.
Marie nous y a accueilli et a été toujours présente pour répondre à nos questions.
Nous n'hésitons pas à recommander cette location et espérons pouvoir y séjourner à nouveau.

Outstanding Property in Great Location
This is a great property in a charming old building. The location is perfect right off the Rue d'Antbes and only a few blocks from the beach, and the apartment is nicely decorated with all the amenities.
Absolutely Wonderful Apartment
My husband and I stayed in this apartment in May for seven days. Couldn't have asked for better accommodation. Location perfect with shops, restaurants and bars on doorstep and the beach only a 5 minute walk. Apartment is extremely bright and spacious and very comfortably furnished. We had a wonderful holiday in Cannes its such a beautiful city and the icing on the cake was to return to the comfort of the apartment in the evening after a day at the beach or after travelling to other destinations nearby which are easily accessible on the public train transport system. I would highly recommend this apartment to family or friends without hesitation.

You can decide to hire a car if you wish and use this as your base, but equally Cannes is very well served with public transport and the apartment is located 5 minutes from the local train station/Gare. The bus system is also very good and inexpensive.”

Located on the French Riviera, this luxury, self-catering apartment is located in downtown Cannes and is close to beaches, shops, restaurants. It is very close to the Palais des Festivals and popular for congress lettings. Private and public beaches are within a short walk from the apartment, both in front of The Croisette and west of the old harbour. Nearby places of interest include Nice, Eze, St. Paul de Vence, Monaco, Antibes, Juan les Pins, Biot, Mougins. Trains depart regularly and link up with trains to the Italian Riviera, Spain and Europe. Wonderful return boat trips depart often to St Tropez and nearby Ile Ste Marguerite. Marché Gambetta is located just one block from the apartment where there are markets every morning. The 2 bedroom apartment is furnished in tradtional chic French style, and has A/C, cental heating. All utilties are provided, including Wifi. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.

“The lovely high ceilings give a great sense of space...the bedrooms are to the back of the building where all is quiet at night. Also this street itself is quiet: there are no bars or restaurants on this street. Yet you are just off the Rue d'Antibes and so close to the beaches!! You just walk out the front door and you are in the centre of the action! You can walk down to the Croisette at night and watch the world go by.....people watching is a favourite activity of many visitors!!”
