Luxury spacious modern apartment, at La Reserva DE Marbella, Las Chapas. Caters for 6 people. Overlooking beautiful landscaped gardens. Sliding glass doors lead to the 22m2 west facing balcony, mountain and Sea views, there is an outside table and 6 chairs for alfresco dining. There are 3 pools to choose from plus a toddler pool and several jacuzzis, lifeguards on duty during the summer months. The best sandy beaches on the Costa are at Cabopino and Marisa only 1.5km away - approx 25/30 minute walk. There is a direct access road to them. Cabopino Marina with its many fine Restaurants is only 1.5km away, under 10min drive. Modern fitted kitchen, including washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker, microwave; TV and DVD. Air conditioning/Heating throughout. Complex adjoins Cabopino Golf. Other golf courses, within 5/10 minutes drive, include Santa Maria, Santa Clara, Mijas, and the superb Santana course. Numerous restaurants nearby. Marbella town 15 minutes drive away.
Puert Cabopino: The marina is open all year round (though some activities are only available during the season from Easter until October). The wide range of activities available at the marina include dolphin trips, para-gliding or scuba diving. Hire of jet skis, banana boats and ringos are also available here. There is a fully stocked and equipped marine and water sports shop on site. Fishing is permitted on the sea wall. Bordering a beautiful, sandy beach, Puerto Cabopino offers the perfect family holiday. The beach fringes a small bay, with shallows for paddling and swimming. A beach bar offers snacks, drinks and ices from sun-up 'till sun-down!. Volleyball, windsurfing and body-boarding are all available on the beach, together with peddle boats.
Local shops and amenities: On the resort the is a local Mini Market within 100 meter walk stocking most essentials and some none essentials. Within 10min drive of the apartment there a several super markets, gift shops, breakfast bars and cafes. The closest supermarket opens 7 days a week from 9:00 till late. 11km from the apartment is Marbella town, a wonderful shopping centre with several large shopping complexes, as well as hypermarkets, speciality food shops, designer boutiques, interior decor stores and much, much more. Unless you are in a hurry, the best way to explore Marbella's shops is by simply strolling through the streets. Marbella is a 15min drive from the apartment.
Other Information: The apartment is driving time from Malaga airport 35min West. The situation is West of Calahonda and Cabopino and East of Marbella and Elviria It is just 1.5km to the beach. The apartment is centrally located for easy access to Fuengirola, Marbella, Puerto Banus. Not far is Selwo Park, the largest Safari Park in Europe. 10 mins drive just outside of Marbella is a go karting track. Situated in Fuengirola is a aquapark. Just over 2 hours drive and you can be skiing in the Sierra Nevada. A local bus service runs to both Marbella and Fuengirola run several times throughout the day from the bottom of the road.

Lovely spacious apartment in cabopino.
Very spacious comfortable apartment with a very large west facing balcony where we enjoyed several bbq nights. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the pools during the winter months of dec.jan and feb. We found justin extremely helpful whenever we contacted him via Internet or phone with very prompt replies. Also Christina who looks after apartment for justin waa very helpful. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend it.
Nice apartment in quiet area
It is a beautiful apartment situated in a quiet area. Well equipped kitchen and nice balcony. The pools were awesome . Very nice gardens, very well maintained. We had a very pleasant contact with the owner who provided is with all information and tips. The only thing we didn't like was going back to the apartment up hill, you need good condition. Overall great place!

Great to be met by Cristina re the keys etc with apartment. She was very helpful over the whole stay. Owner Justin prompt at getting me information over for surrounding areas etc. Very impressed with the Welcome pack information. Lovely spacious apartment, excellent choice of pools, very reasonable on price for the time of year. Felt very safe and secure. Handy shop and Andy's bar providing excellent food. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this apartment to others.
This quiet hillside apartment offers stunning views across the town and is situated South West of Malaga Airport, approximately a 30 minute drive. Walking to the secluded beach at beautiful Puerto Cabopino Marina takes where you can enjoy gorgeous restaurants and cafes. Marbella centre and Puerto Banus are a further 20 to 25 minutes drive S/W. Local super markets are within walking distance of the apartment.
The apartment is accessible by elevator with double aspect views across Puerto Cabopino. A choice of 4 pools and underground car parking. Everything is clean, well kept and manicured. Inside the apartment there are all the appliances needed for a self catering holiday. Sleeps 4, excluding sofa/day bed, two luxury bathrooms, kitchen, diner/living room, large balcony where you can soak up the sun during the afternoon till dusk.
We are looking forward to returning to PC in 2015.
El apartamento está genial
Es un apartamento que está muy bonito lo que más me gusta es la terraza con vistas al mar y el mobiliario.
La urbanización también está bastante bien con sus piscinas y jacuzzis la zona del apartamento es muy tranquila y no se oye ni un ruido, se aparca muy bien.
Lo único es que está a kilómetro y medio de la playa y es cuesta arriba por lo que el coche casi se hace imprescindible, para ir a la playa o a tomar algo.

Die Informationen, die wir vor unserer Anreise bekamen, waren sehr ausführlich und hilfreich. Das Apartment war gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.Besonders die große Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen.
Etwas schade war, dass die Wohnungen sehr hellhörig sind und die Nachbarn teilweise laut waren und bis spät in die Nacht Möbel rückten.
Die Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt und bepflanzt. Besonders der Pool hat uns sehr gut efallen. Erwar immer ruhig und nicht überfüllt und die Wassertemperatur war sehr angenehm.
Ingesamt war es ein toller Urlaub dort!
