About this property

Charming terraced house on one level, inserted in a small and refined district a stone's throw from the sea, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub.
Suitable for 4-6 people, it is located just 400 meters from the wonderful beach of Porto Taverna, which can be reached with a short walk of a few minutes.
Pleasantly furnished, it offers very well distributed spaces.

Cozy living room with flat screen TV, WiFi, sleeper sofa with pull out bed.

Large comfortable and very well equipped kitchenette, practical and functional. Coffee maker of various sizes, toaster, electric oven, microwave oven. Washing machine in the bathroom.

Large and intimate front patio with extendable table (up to 8 people) and deck chairs. Back patio with possibility to hang out the laundry.

Two spacious bedrooms with double beds and large wardrobes. In each room, the bed has a double structure, with single mattresses pushed together. Possibility of adding beds/cradles for children.

Linen is not included in the costs: (because some guests prefer to bring their own). Upon request, it is possible to rent linen sets complete with sheets and bath towels (not beach towels) and a shower mat. €20 for a single set, €40 for a double set.

Quite corner 400m from the beach

A great place to wind down. Good to have air conditioning in summer. Wonderful to have two bathrooms. A little home from home. San Paulo and San Teodoro lovely villages to visit. Great restaurants on your doorstep. The host and the manager always on hand to answer the simplest of questions. Thanks

Traumhafter Urlaub in tollem Haus

wir waren im September zwei Wochen Gast bei Laura. Gäbe es eine fünf Sterne + Bewertung würden wir diese sofort vergeben. Hier hat jedes Detail gepasst. Laura kümmert sich sehr gut, war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr flexibel. Sowohl bei unserer An- als auch bei unserer Abreise mussten wir uns nicht an die vorgegebenen Zeiten halten, sondern konnten diese direkt mit Laura abstimmen. So hatten wir am Abreisetag noch einen halben Strandtag extra vor dem check out. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und wurden sehr, sehr gut betreut. Wenn wir wieder planen in dieser Ecke von Sardinien unseren Sommerurlaub zu verbringen, dann garantiert nur bei Laura.

Nettes Appartment nicht weit vom Strand

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist klein aber geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Es gibt zwei großzügige Badezimmer. Die Kommunikation mit Laura war super. Alle Fragen und Anliegen wurde sehr schnell und immer zu unser vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Der Stand ist in ca. 5 - 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen und sehr schön. Im August war es allerdings erwartungsgemäß sehr voll.

Wonderful place to relax under the sun

Great place to stay in a short walk distance from a magnificent beach facing the gigantic Tavolara island! The surroundings are amazing too.

Logement agréable mais qui aurait besoin d être rafraîchi , manque d éclairage dans la cuisine , manque de transat en revanche nous avons été content d avoir à disposition un parasol , les lits étaient confortables, les deux salle de bain parfaites et la proximité immédiate avec la plage très appréciable ainsi que la place de parking essentielle dans cette zone où le stationnement est payant. La communication avec la propriétaire très rapide et agréable
