This fully renovated, well-appointed private guest suite has 2 bedrooms and 1bathroom. It is nestled in the heart of the vibrant Queen Elizabeth Park/Riley Park/South Main neighborhood. You will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally located guest home.

You are 60 meters to Queen Elizabeth Park, walk to Nat Bailey Stadium, trendy Main st, walk 7 mins to Oakridge Canada Line station, and take the train for 12 mins and be downtown in 20 mins or the airport. Or if you prefer to drive, 10 mins to downtown, convention centre, cruise terminals or the airport. Easy access to hospitals, beaches or shopping. Very central to everything.

Our space is bright, spacious and provides all the comforts of home. There are 2 bedrooms, one has a queen size bed and one has a double bed. The sofa can also convert to a bed if you require a 3rd bed. The home has one full bathroom and in suite laundry. There is a renovated kitchen, bar height dining table and living room with comfy couches and a tv. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make simple meals…. Although who is eating in with all of Vancouver’s great restaurants! There is ample of counterspace, fridge, stove and microwave.

The space offers cable tv and wireless internet. There are also board games and books if you prefer to keep the tv off. The suite is equipped with a washer and dryer. We also have a pack and play if you are travelling with a small child. Ample Free parking out front.

Guests have full access to their private self-contained lower suite, located on the back the home. Free, safe street parking is available for guests. This property has 6 steps of stairs leading down to the suite entrance.

Guests should be aware that a very friendly golden doodle lives on the property and will likely be seen during your stay.

Please be aware that our policy requires guests to be at least 21 years old to make a reservation.

The main guest booking the reservation is responsible for keeping the suite clean and taking care of the furniture & belongings inside. Our expectation is that the suite is left in a respectful manner. It is also their responsibility to ensure all guests are familiar with the suite rules.

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our "suite rules" during your stay.

We are a STRICT non party suite! We wish to host guests who are low-key and respectful of our suite and neighbors. If you are looking to party, then sadly, we are not the right fit. Any inclination of party like activity will reserve us the right to immediately terminate your stay.

Close to Skytrain
The property was clean and it was in an ideal location to get into the city. On the minus side, the bedrooms could do with some bedside lights. It would be nice if there was a a kind of welcome folder, that had local information. We were not impressed by the fusebox not being boxed in (this was in one of the bedrooms).

Clean and convenient
The unit was clean and close to the transit station. It met our needs for the short 2 day stay. Not having air conditioning was an issue because of the hot weather but we requested a fan which was delivered right away. The owner was very responsive to our requests.

Great peaceful location, clean apartment
Our family of 4 stayed for 2 nights in June. Joyce was very responsive, accommodating and pleasure to communicate with. The location was great, in a safe and quiet neighborhood but just a few blocks away from the Main street with many restaurants and shops. It's a walking distance to a beautiful Queen Elizabeth Park.

Just what we needed
My daughter and I and her 2 young children stayed in this property for 3 nights and found it to be just what we needed. The location was good for us as we had not rented a car and it is close to the Oakridge - 41st train station plus a grocery store is located in the mall which we found handy. The rental was equipped with all the necessities and the owner had a playpen for the baby to sleep in too. The owner was easy to communicate with and checked to make sure our arrival went smoothly. I would recommend this rental if you are coming to Vancouver and not renting a vehicle as it is very convenient. We would rent it again if we come back to Vancouver.

We love the location. Very central and conveniently located...connected to downtown and airport via skytrain, all in 15 minutes. Can easy walk to just about everything. Coffee shops 5 minutes away, golf 4 houses away...

What makes this property unique

This brand new private non-smoking suite is excellent for professionals or couples or families visiting Vancouver for study, business or pleasure. The suite can accommodate up to 5 guests and is close to the new Canada line, Oakridge Mall, Queen Elizabeth Park, Cambie Village.

Very conveniently located...can walk or sky train all over the city.
