This beautiful villa with breathtaking sea views is 500 m from the 'La Fustera' beach in Benissa Costa, in the immediate vicinity of Calpe
Shops, restaurants and supermarket just 1000 meters away.
A car is recommended for errands and sightseeing.

Suitable for 2 to 16 people and for minimum 7 nights during summer season.

The villa has 2 floors with a total of 5 bedrooms and 14 sleeping places and a double sofa bed in the tv area , 3 bathrooms with showers and bathtub, 1 fully equipped kitchen and 1 living room wit accompanying seaview terrace.
There's an indoor staircase connecting both floors and an exterior staircase leading to the swimming pool.
All rooms and living room have air-conditioning, windows have double glazing.

Living and kitchen have a connecting spacious terrace equipped with table, chairs and gasbbq.

Gorgeous sea views from living room, kitchen, some bedrooms, swimming pool and various terraces.
Private swimming pool of 10m x 4m, fully tiled throughout.
New Duratech Full Inverter pool heating 21 Kw to have pool at ideal temperature.
To have heating working, always on request and not included in rent.
There's a jacuzzi for 6 people, 1 button that makes the jacuzzi run, no display.
On the sun terrace (adjacent to the swimming pool) there are 8 sun loungers, 4 umbrellas, garden shower and garden furniture.
There is also a beautiful and shady substructure right next to the swimming pool where it is lovely to live.
This substructure also features a fully equiped kitchen with fridge, freezer, sink, microwave, kitchen facilities, lounge and outdoor toilet.

Indoor Kitchen is fully equipped with combi fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, oven, etc.
Kitchen towels are provided.

Living room with good quality furniture, flat screen TV ( all channels).

Grounds of 850 m², parking up to 3 cars.

At 65 km from Alicante airport and 130 km from Valencia.

Non smoking in the house, ash trays provided on terraces.
Pets allowed subject to consultation and written permission.

Rental prices on request, and these are including consumption of water, gas and electricity during the months of May till September (except heating of the pool); outside these months the energy costs are calculated on the basis of the meter readings. These are recorded by the representative of the owner and can be checked at any time.
The starting up of the swimming pool heating is only at the request of the tenant.
For an optimal result, this is done 3 days in advance.
For this, 100 euros is charged for start-up and energy costs.
The consumption costs for heating the pool are always at the expense of the tenant and are calculated via a separate meter.

Rental prices that can be found in the 'rates' section are for an occupancy of up to 6 people.
If the group consists of more people, I will make a customized rental price.

Possibility to rent for longer periods.

Free use of Wifi, bed linen, (bath) towels, cots and high chairs.
Deposit is 1000 euros.
Final cleaning is 200 euros.

All costs and commissions arising from booking through a website for holiday homes and transfers of the rent are at the expense of the tenant.

Layout of the house:
Ground floor consists of an entrance hall, bedroom 1 with double bed and looking out to the street, bedroom 2 with double bed and double sofa bed also looking out to the street, bathroom 1, living room and fully equipped kitchen with adjacent covered terrace with amazing sea view. This terrace has 2 tables with 12 chairs, a lounge and extra combi fridge.
Other floor consists of room 3 with 2 single beds and a bunk bed looking out to a terrace, room 4 with 2 single beds and terrace with lounge and sea view, room 5 with double bed, en -suite bathroom and terrace with sea view.
Bathroom 3 with bath and separate shower. Furthermore, a TV room with double sofa
bed.
I also rent out my 2 mini vans, that have a fully comprehensive car insurance, parked in a secure parking lot at Alicante Airport .
VW Caddy Maxi has 7 seats and luggage space, Citroën Jumpy has 8 seats and luggage space.
Both have airconditioning.
There is a shuttle service that takes you from the car park to the airport and vice versa.
Key of the car is available and delivered to the parking manager. No loss of time on arrival or departure, no extra expensive insurance.
Warranty depends on term and period of rental.
