About this property

The apartment is in an elegant context, in one of the most exclusive streets in Rome. Totally refurbished, the owner's goal is to welcome her guests trying to make them feel at home while living in the heart of the Eternal City!
Surrounded by greenery, the house is about 500m away. from Piazza S. Peter. Continuing along the Viale you can walk to Porta S. Pancrazio, the ancient Villa Doria Pamphili with its beautiful park and the famous Trastevere district.
The house is located at the foot of the Janiculum hill on top of which you can admire one of the most beautiful views of the capital.
To reach the house you need to travel a road consisting of a climb of about 150 meters. that keeps the house away from the chaos and noise that characterize the center of a metropolis.

The apartment is about 50 meters., Consisting of an open space with a lounge, dining area and latest generation super-equipped kitchen. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed (with two meters long and almost one meter wide beds), bathroom with shower.

Relaxing comfy home

The property and location was quiet calm and very comfortable. The host was very friendly and very helpful. I would have liked to stay longer than 5 nights but may be next time Thank you for letting use stay in your home.

Ideal!

Great Location!

This was our first time to Rome and we were unsure about which part of Rome to stay in. After much research, we selected Roman Dream II. This was a GREAT decision. First, the location across the street from St. Peter's Square was perfect for us. In the morning and the evening, it was quiet, peaceful and beautiful. We regularly travelled through the square on our way to the metro. Second, the other areas we considered--Piazza Navona, Campo de Fiori, area around the Trevi fountain were very loud and busy and not for us. The apartment was also a good fit for us. The bed was comfortable. We loved the electric shutters, the pocket doors, the lighting options, the kitchen supplies and the furniture. The temperature control for the apartment was easy to use. We used the stove top, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher with no problem. We appreciated having some kitchen staples, and laundry and dishwasher soap. There is a hill to the apartment...after a 12 hour day of sight-seeing, it was sometimes a challenge. I say this only to inform you that you will need to walk up this hill unless you rent a car or driver. With that said, this would be our first choice if we travel to Rome again and we would recommend it to family and friends. Monica was very helpful and arranged our transport from the airport. Grazie! P,S, Feffo makes a great cappuccino. Dinner at Dino & Tony's was a memorable experience and Ristorante Ad Hoc is a great place for a special dinner out.

This may have been my most enjoyable lodging experience ever. The apartment is conveniently located a stones throw from St.Peter’s and near several ground transportation options. Modern, well-lighted with plenty of room. Good kitchen supplies and appliances! Monica and Marzia were responsive to my inquiries and changed bedding and towels weekly. Thanks!

Near NAC

We are visiting family that attends the North American College in Rome. This property is a 10-15 minute walk to the NAC and 5-10 minute walk to St Peter’s square. Perfect location for our stay. Thank you Monica and Maritza for communicating well and making our stay wonderful.
