Perfect spot by the sea and with a pool
We stayed here for a week in August. It's a lovely complex with beautifully kept gardens and pool. The pool is bigger than it looks in the pictures and really never busy. Deep enough to do some diving and always kept very clean. The accommodation is over two floors and includes both the terrace and the balcony you can see in the pictures. We hadn't really appreciated this before we went so it was a nice surprise. The views from the property are across the sea and the beach is a five minute walk. It is a beautiful beach never too crowded with a couple of beach bars to choose from.
The supermarket is just over the road in the Beach Playa Club complex. This is a great spot to explore the island from - but if you are looking for nightlife then Son Parc is probably not for you. There are a few bars and restaurants within walking distance but they are not great. My husband and son played a round of golf at the adjacent golf course and also went to the driving range. The staff at the golf club were very friendly and welcoming.
We have been to Menorca a few times before and love getting to know this island. We have teenage children (16 and 19) and this apartment worked well for us. The two bedrooms on the ground floor stay much cooler. There is plenty of storage space. The kitchen is pretty standard for what you get with these type of apartments but all perfectly clean and loads of crockery/dishes etc. The only thing it didn't have was a kettle!
Maria was very easy to contact and deal with and there is a housekeeper who is contactable should you need him. They were very accommodating in allowing us earlier access to the property as it was vacant.
