Charming farmhouse close to London - sleeps 8

This beautiful character home is a perfect base for exploring the picturesque Kent countryside & coastline & the top tourist attractions of London. Bexley Village is bustling with pubs and restaurants & has great, reliable transport links. Down a private track in a delightfully secluded plot of over 3 acres, you will forget you are so close to London. In winter you can snuggle up next to the roaring fire, or in summer enjoy alfresco dining on the sun terrace with views overlooking the gardens.

For up to 8 guests, we think that our Farmhouse offers the perfect get away for either two families or three couples. There is also the option to combine the booking with our secluded riverside apartment, for up to 4 further guests.

The farmhouse house offers 3 super king bedrooms, and one twin room.

At the back of the house is the master bedroom, with a 4 poster bed and stunning views of the grounds. Directly adjacent to this bedroom is the second super king bedroom, also with a beautiful view, and with an ensuite shower room.

To the front of the house is the third super king room with an ensuite shower room. Next to this room is the twin room which has a sink unit.

There is a family bathroom upstairs and a second toilet downstairs.

If you are travelling with children we have a travel cot and highchair available - and they will love our shared gardens, which our children will happily show you around.

The farmhouse house boasts a large lounge with open fireplace. A separate ‘office’ forms part of the lounge. With views overlooking the gardens, a patio door leads directly onto the sun terrace with BBQ, garden furniture and sun canopy. There is a large farmhouse kitchen and separate utility room and adjacent dining room.

The spacious farmhouse is found down a private track in a delightfully secluded plot. Once inside the welcoming house, in winter you can choose to snuggle up next to the roaring fire, whilst in summer enjoy alfresco dining on the sun terrace with views overlooking the main gardens, that guests can request to access as part of their stay.

This is a charming rare location so close to London with easy accessibility into Kent. Mill Meadows Farmhouse is situated in Bexley Village which is bustling with restaurants, public houses and delicatessens.

Excellent Property

The property was great, very clean and spacious. Location was close to the train station and downtown Bexley. Tony and Katie were very easy to work with and assisted with anything that was needed. I would highly recommend this property!

We are able to direct you to possible days out that are accessible from the farmhouse.
