Rue d'Antibes, a bright and modern apartment in a traditional building with WiFi

A newly refurbished modern and spacious 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a traditional French building on rue d'Antibes, less than 10 minutes walk to the Palais and to the beach. It has stair access only. The open plan living area has two large sofas and a glass coffee table, a desk with chair, flat screen TV and the apartment has WiFi throughout. A dining table that seats six faces the American kitchen. The small balcony has a table and 2 chairs faces south with views over rue d’ Antibes. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, hob and grill, washing machine and tumble dryer. It has a breakfast bar and 3 stools. Both bedrooms are well furnished with plenty of storage space and televisions. The first bedroom has a double bed, a separate single bed and an en-suite shower room with hand basin and WC. The second bedroom can be set up as either twin beds or a double bed. A second bathroom has a bath with shower over.

Amazing apartment!!

The apartment is gorgeous and so well decorated. It was also clean and well maintained. Helen was an absolute star, who catered to my every need, and gave me great advice on where to go in Cannes. The apartment was also in a perfect location - very close to the beach and the centre of Cannes. Would definitely recommend staying here, and hope to return again myself!

Lovely Apartment in the Heart of Cannes

We spent two weeks at this wonderful apartment, and could not have had a more pleasant experience! The location was perfect - easy access to the beach and restaurants, great shopping and sight-seeing. Everything in Cannes was easily accessed on foot, and we did day-trips to everywhere from Sanremo and Monaco to Aix-en-Provence and St. Tropez. The apartment was beautifully furnished with great amenities and the manager tended to all of our requests. It was truly a lovely vacation!

Lovely week in Cannes

We stayed in Helen's apartment for a week while in Cannes for work, and was very happy with both the apartment and the service! We were met at the apartment to make sure everything was ok, and she was quick to help when we had trouble connecting to the WIFI. The location is great, and the apartment very nice and modern. Would be happy to stay here again next year!
