About this property

This beautiful south facing Villa is set within a quiet residential area. The villa is well equipped with cooker. Hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, iron, kettle, toaster, Satellite TV etc and has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, air-conditioning/heating, (4 units a chargeable extra) front terrace, master bedroom balcony and secluded roof top solarium and can sleep 6 in beds and 2 on sofas (not sofabeds).
Located only 3 minutes drive (15 minutes walk) to the superb new Shopping mall of Zenia Boulevard and only 3 to 5 minutes drive to many plazas to eat, 3 top golf courses and many beaches. Within a five minutes walk, there are lots bars and places to eat, some with child play areas, supermarket, various shops, internet café .etc.The blue flag beaches of La Zenia, Campoamor or El Capitan at Cano Rig all of which have long gradual sandy beaches, very safe and shallow without any stones with life guards and refreshments, are only a five minute drive away, as is the main strip at Cabo Roig containing very many bars and restaurants.
For the Golfers there are 3 high quality golf courses again within a 5 minutes drive. Las Ramblas, Royal Club De Hesa De Campoamor and Villa Martin. We provide an airport transfer service and if required a personal taxi service for the short run to the beaches, golf courses and the main strip at Cabo Roig where there are a vast selection of bars & restaurants, we also provide taxis to Torrevieja (the local large town with fairs, souvenir stalls, water park, local markets etc.
Alicante airport is 45 minutes drive north and Murcia airport is 20 minutes drive south. We would be happy to quote you for a hire car if you wish.
