Beautiful villa with private pool, recently renovated.
Rustic style with modern touch, very bright with all kinds of amenities.
Ideal for families with children.
The garden consists of 380 m2 including a large 40 m2 pool also suitable for children.
In the house there are 3 rooms: 2 with private bathroom (of which one is with private entrance type suite) and one with bunk beds. It also has a sofa bed in a more secluded area of the room. The garden has a parking space.
Important: Up to 10 people can stay under request (send a question to the owner first).

Relaxing villa with lovely pool

Having read all the reviews on the website (some were quite old) I am pleased to say that we were not disappointed with this villa. Our first impressions, the pool and garden were big enough to accommodate our party of 5 adults with space to move around. The terrace was perfect for alfresco eating and the sun canopy was very welcome. Inside, the kitchen had everything that was needed. (The induction hob took a few attempts to perfect) plenty of cutlery, crockery and saucepans. (Plastic glasses would be a nice addition!) The beds were comfy, showers were very good and TV was up to date (we did have 1 day of torrencial rain so glad of this) The location of the Villa was a comfortable 15 minute walk to the resort centre and 25 mins to the beach (longer on the way back due to the steps ) In all, we are a very happy family who had a lovely chilled out week, which is what we came to Menorca for. Thank you to our host.

Amazing stay and amazing villa

We are 5 ladies that stayed at Sara’s villa in Cala Porter and I cannot recommend it enough. The villa was beautiful, clean and well equipped and the location was great. Sara was SO helpful throughout the process and supplied all the information we needed and lots of helpful recommendations. The swimming and surrounding patio was gorgeous and very clean. All 5 of us said would love to go back :)

A wonderful Holiday!

Initially i was a little concerned as no reviews existed on this property and wondered whether the pictures were accurate. Well, I have to say they are! I travelled with my husband, two children and my elderly mother. There are 3 bedrooms and the children loved the bunk beds. My mum preferred to stay in the master bedroom (with TV if anyone is interested) and en-suite. My husband and i stayed in the other bedroom which cannot be accessed through the main house so was very private. Ideal if you are travelling with another couple perhaps. The facilities were great and it was really a 'home from home'. The pool was great and on the days that we did not fancy going to the beach the kids were happy to be by the pool all day! It's a really good size with a deep end and with steps leading down to the shallow end . The owner was really accommodating and promptly responded to questions when necessary and helped make our stay perfect. The location was very quiet and considering it was August I was not expecting this. On a couple of nights you could hear music from a bar but only if you where on the patio area. There is a bit of a hill to/from the town centre but we managed it (my mum is 89). If we come back to Minorca we will definitely try to stay here again!!

Maison très agréable

On n'a manqué absolument de rien dans cette superbe maison. Elle est très bien équipée (nespresso) . La déco est superbe et tout était propre à notre arrivée. Il y a des arbres fruitiers qui entourent la maison. Nous n'avons pas pu rencontrer Sara qui n'était pas la. Le voisinage tout de même assez proche est très calme (mis à part les chiens parfois). Très peu de vis a vis contrairement à beaucoup de maisons sur Cala n porter. La place de parking convient à une petite voiture. Avec notre Qashqai c'était un peu compliqué, descendez vos bagages avant de vous garer et votre passager. Vous avez tout à proximité et la plage est magnifique. Manque assises confortables à l'extérieur.

Great moment !

The house is very nice and clean, there is everything you need to cook, play, have some good time in the house and more that we did not excpect (like games for kids). The pool is great and nice, honestly i have no bad comment on this house. We didn't see the gest but we were tchating on wathsapp for common questions. It was a really good moment.
