Welcome to wonderful Sardinia and to this sunny, comfortable and well-located apartment!

Far away from stressful city life, this is a lovely and quiet apartment ideal for an holiday characterized by wellness and relaxation.

The holiday apartment has a large living room, with a sofa, a fireplace, a dining table and a television. An archway leads through to a kitchen, equipped with an oven, a fridge and all the necessary crockery. There is a comfortable, well-furnished bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Wooden stairs leads from the living room up to the open gallery floor, where there are two single beds and a wardrobe.
There is also a wide covered porch overlooking the wide and peaceful private garden with fruit trees, close to the wonderful "Bados" and "Mare e Rocce" beaches.

Just 10 minutes drive from “Olbia - Costa Smeralda” Airport and Olbia "Isola Bianca" Harbour, this accommodation benefit from a truly convenient location. Bados beach, famous for its finest sand and crystal-clear water, is just a few steps away. Porto Cervo, popular for its unique and exclusive nightlife, is also within easy reach (25 minute drive).
